    The best thing I have bought (but also tried) in a 9,000 BTU air conditioner. The quality of the atmosphere it creates with the introduction of fresh air (I almost exclusively use it with this active function) is excellent! It makes a little more noise when activated due to the additional fan for intake. The functions and capabilities are endless, and the "Gentle Wind" feature is also significant (the breezeless feature that eliminates air currents as others say). The ability to electronically move the blinds horizontally, a backlit screen on the control, and other features that are not only obvious in more expensive and "premium" brands, as I have found out.

    The best thing I have bought (but also tried) in a 9,000 BTU air conditioner. The quality of the atmosphere it creates with the introduction of fresh air (I almost exclusively use it with this active function) is excellent! It makes a little more noise when activated due to the additional fan for intake. The functions and capabilities are endless, and the "Gentle Wind" feature is also significant (the breezeless feature that eliminates air currents as others say). The ability to electronically move the blinds horizontally, a backlit screen on the control, and other features that are not only obvious in more expensive and "premium" brands, as I have found out.
