R32 can deliver the same thermal power as R410A with 30% less refrigerant, reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 75%. R32 is a homogeneous fluid and is more easily recyclable.

Low Noise Operation:
The noise produced by the indoor unit is 53 db, ensuring quiet operation.

Installation Tips:
The indoor unit should be installed at a height of approximately 2 meters for uniform air distribution. The outdoor unit requires easy maintenance access and close proximity to the indoor unit, not more than 15 meters. Ideally, the refrigerant pipes should be shorter than 8 meters for better performance.

Maintenance Tips:

    What I didn't like is that I bought it as an 18,000 BTU unit and it actually delivers 16,000 BTU for both cooling and heating. I put it into operation and while I was expecting a mediocre air conditioner, it is actually very good and I would say value for money. I also thought the outdoor unit would sound like a tractor, but it pleasantly surprised me. It was relatively quiet. A negative is that it doesn't blow out the hot air that my Fujitsu at home does. I chose it because it was for a holiday home and, due to the risk of theft, I opted for something cheap.

    I tried it in a cold house (50m²) without insulation, and it did absolutely nothing, but we're talking about an abandoned holiday home where everything is frozen. Of course, the person who sold it to me said it would turn the place into an oven, and right underneath it does blow quite hot air, but further inside the house, it doesn't. For cold houses, a 24,000 BTU unit or higher is the only way.

    I bought it this February... I ordered a 12-inch one and I received a 9-inch one. I don't know if I am satisfied or if I would like more heat. Yes, it does warm up the room to 26 degrees, but sometimes it blows cold air. Now with the cold weather here in Crete and the snow, it was easy to keep the heat at 28 degrees, even without turning on the heater. The blinds are completely silent, only moving up and down, and the button on the right for the blinds is only for manual operation. Useless. Also, I am still looking for WiFi. Now, there are some health features and other things written, but I still don't know. They probably work in the heat... because I tried it in the cold and it didn't work. The instructions are confusing. As for cooling, we'll see, but when I tried it for a short time, it turned the room into a refrigerator. Probably, I will burn it well, but I am not very satisfied.

    I can't believe how much it has helped me! 9000 BTU but it cools my 50sqm space comfortably even on low, and if you want more intense cooling, it also has a turbo mode, but I didn't really need it, I just tested it. Definitely great value for money!

    What I didn't like is that I bought it as an 18,000 BTU unit and it actually delivers 16,000 BTU for both cooling and heating. I put it into operation and while I was expecting a mediocre air conditioner, it is actually very good and I would say value for money. I also thought the outdoor unit would sound like a tractor, but it pleasantly surprised me. It was relatively quiet. A negative is that it doesn't blow out the hot air that my Fujitsu at home does. I chose it because it was for a holiday home and, due to the risk of theft, I opted for something cheap.

    I tried it in a cold house (50m²) without insulation, and it did absolutely nothing, but we're talking about an abandoned holiday home where everything is frozen. Of course, the person who sold it to me said it would turn the place into an oven, and right underneath it does blow quite hot air, but further inside the house, it doesn't. For cold houses, a 24,000 BTU unit or higher is the only way.

    I bought it this February... I ordered a 12-inch one and I received a 9-inch one. I don't know if I am satisfied or if I would like more heat. Yes, it does warm up the room to 26 degrees, but sometimes it blows cold air. Now with the cold weather here in Crete and the snow, it was easy to keep the heat at 28 degrees, even without turning on the heater. The blinds are completely silent, only moving up and down, and the button on the right for the blinds is only for manual operation. Useless. Also, I am still looking for WiFi. Now, there are some health features and other things written, but I still don't know. They probably work in the heat... because I tried it in the cold and it didn't work. The instructions are confusing. As for cooling, we'll see, but when I tried it for a short time, it turned the room into a refrigerator. Probably, I will burn it well, but I am not very satisfied.

    I can't believe how much it has helped me! 9000 BTU but it cools my 50sqm space comfortably even on low, and if you want more intense cooling, it also has a turbo mode, but I didn't really need it, I just tested it. Definitely great value for money!
