Well, you will listen to me and no one else, it is amazing for its price, it is the best there is. I had bought the small one for home and I bought the 24 for the shop. It requires a bit of searching because not everyone works with this specific brand, but I have bought two and I am very satisfied. That's it from me, happy shopping!

What I didn't like is that I bought it as an 18,000 BTU unit and it actually delivers 16,000 BTU for both cooling and heating. I put it into operation and while I was expecting a mediocre air conditioner, it is actually very good and I would say value for money. I also thought the outdoor unit would sound like a tractor, but it pleasantly surprised me. It was relatively quiet. A negative is that it doesn't blow out the hot air that my Fujitsu at home does. I chose it because it was for a holiday home and, due to the risk of theft, I opted for something cheap.

I tried it in a cold house (50m²) without insulation, and it did absolutely nothing, but we're talking about an abandoned holiday home where everything is frozen. Of course, the person who sold it to me said it would turn the place into an oven, and right underneath it does blow quite hot air, but further inside the house, it doesn't. For cold houses, a 24,000 BTU unit or higher is the only way.

Ήταν σχετικά αθόρυβη. Αρνητικό του ότι δε βγάζει τον καυτό αέρα που βγάζει το Fujitsu που έχω σπίτι μου. Το δοκίμασα σε κρύο σπίτι(50m²) χωρίς μόνωση, δεν έκανε τπτ απολύτως, αλλά μιλάμε για παρατημένη εξοχική κατοικία που είναι όλα παγωμένα. Βέβαια αυτός που μου το πούλησε θα στο κάνει φούρνο μου έλεγε, ακριβώς από κάτω βγάζει αρκετά καυτό αέρα αλλά πιο μέσα στο σπίτι δεν. Μονόδρομος 24αρι και πάνω σε κρύα σπίτια.

I bought it this February... I ordered a 12-inch one and I received a 9-inch one. I don't know if I am satisfied or if I would like more heat. Yes, it does warm up the room to 26 degrees, but sometimes it blows cold air. Now with the cold weather here in Crete and the snow, it was easy to keep the heat at 28 degrees, even without turning on the heater. The blinds are completely silent, only moving up and down, and the button on the right for the blinds is only for manual operation. Useless. Also, I am still looking for WiFi. Now, there are some health features and other things written, but I still don't know. They probably work in the heat... because I tried it in the cold and it didn't work. Αθόρυβο τελείως οι περσιδες πανε, μόνο πανω κάτω και, το κουμπάκι που έχει, για τις περσιδες δεξιά είναι για εφε και μόνο χειροκίνητο.Άχρηστο. Επίσης ακόμα, ψάχνω αν, έχει, WiFi. Τώρα κάτι health και κάτι αλλά που γράφει, δεν, ξέρω ακόμα. Λογικά θα δουλευουν στη, ζέστη.. Γιατι το δοκίμασα, στο κρυο και, παταγα και,δεν δουλευε.Η οδηγίες αλανταλων. Όσο για τη ψυξη θα δείξει αλλά που το δοκίμασα για λίγο το έκανε το δωμάτιο ψυγειο. Λογικά, θα το κάψω καλό αλλά δεν, είμαι, και πολυ ο ικανοποιημένος .
Amazing performance both in heating and cooling. Quiet, you can't hear the external unit at all, it feels like it's not even working. I highly recommend it. Very good value for money and product quality. I'm referring to the 9000BTU model

I can't believe how much it has helped me! 9000 BTU but it cools my 50sqm space comfortably even on low, and if you want more intense cooling, it also has a turbo mode, but I didn't really need it, I just tested it. Definitely great value for money!
