LG Smart TV 50" 4K UHD LED 50UQ75003LF HDR (2022)
The TV was purchased without high expectations, as the previous one was quite old. This particular one was preferred due to the brand, price (around €360 for a 50-inch seemed like a good deal), and very good ratings in the reviews. Also, the 3 HDMI ports were taken into consideration, as I wanted one for Cosmote TV, one for Nova, and one to be available -permanently connected with a cable- for connecting to a laptop.
Overall, I am completely satisfied, considering the price.
In terms of observations, it should be noted that the image distorts significantly in a side position, and sometimes we struggle to find a preset image that fully satisfies us. Perhaps the many options we suddenly acquired (for the first time) are to blame... when the first few days passed after its purchase, we stopped frequently searching for the settings button and we are all satisfied.
The remote control is not included in the "pros" of the package: you have to keep your eyes on it, as the buttons do not stand out in any way and you can easily press something wrong and be forced to interrupt what you were watching.
LG Smart Τηλεόραση 50" 4K UHD LED 50UQ75003LF HDR (2022)
Definitely value for money, the analysis and sound quality are great for the money you spend.
2. The remote control is not user-friendly, it takes time to get used to it.
3. There is a delay of 5-8 seconds for opening apps like Spotify (also, it does not play videos in podcasts that are available).
It's a very good TV. Just be aware that it doesn't have PVR function with USB, which I would have liked, but I can live without it.
Amazing picture, vivid colors, good sound. A minor issue with the menu and delay in responding to commands, but easily adaptable. Mounting on the wall is simple, internet connection is effortless, and upgrades are trouble-free. The absolute value for money, especially in larger sizes.
I had an LG back in 2010 and decided not to go with Samsung..... In the end, I was proven right, it's very nice, fast, and has great sound... I mounted it on the wall and it's very good, tonight it will play movies for testing... It's definitely worth it and more.
Up to €380 is a one-way street!
I already had the 55-inch for the living room and since the size wasn't prohibitive and the price difference with the 43-inch wasn't even €30, I chose it!
My only bad experience from three years ago with a no-name Chinese brand (always Direct LED unless you choose QLED or OLED, although the brightness of this one can easily be compared even with Chinese QLEDs) didn't allow me to easily choose similar products or ones with just a €70-80 difference!
Amazing colors (even the blacks with shading or at night), incredible sound (makes a sound bar unnecessary) and sturdy construction quality!
Very good and fast connectivity (as long as you're willing to compromise that you can't do searches through Google) even if it's 10 meters away from the WiFi extension!
Of course, I can't control anyone's pocket, but if you're not a risk taker or rich enough to risk anything other than LG, Samsung or Sony (unless they were at least half the price), then buy it with your eyes closed!
I got the TV to exclusively watch movies from my USB stick. The picture is amazing after minimal adjustments. It plays everything from videos, even the most obscure H265. It recognizes HDR in videos that support it perfectly. Especially in 4K movies, it's pure enjoyment. The only thing it doesn't play in sound is DTS, which no TV plays at this price range.
I connected this to the USB (https://www.skroutz.gr/s/20690733/Baseus-Square-USB-3-0-Hub-4-%CE%98%CF%85%CF%81%CF%8E%CE%BD-%CE%BC%CE%B5-%CF%83%CF%8D%CE%BD%CE%B4%CE%B5%CF%83%CE%B7-USB-A-CAHUB-AY01.html) and added a wireless mouse and USB stick. Navigation is very easy with the mouse and (for me at least) there's no reason to buy the magic control.
Finally, from Windows 11 that I tried, it streams 4K movies via wifi without any problem.
P.S. I should add that for subtitles (external or embedded in the container), it has 5 sizes and 5 different positions. Works great for that too!
Quite a good picture. With a few adjustments, you can make it perfect. It connects to the internet without interruptions. Its menu is relatively simple and user-friendly. Overall, a very good television.

ποσα τηλεχειριστηρια εχει η συσκευασια ενα η δυο;
Ξέρει κάποιος αν παίζει από στικάκι αρχεία σε φορμά x265; Και γενικότερα πως τα πάει ως media player;

Quite a good picture. With a few adjustments, you can make it perfect. It connects to the internet without interruptions. Its menu is relatively simple and user-friendly. Overall, a very good television.
