Description

A series of standalone, branching cinematic horror games from the studio behind Until Dawn. Easy to pick up and play in short sessions, alone or with friends.

The Devil in Me is the fourth game in the series and the finale of the first season. A group of documentary filmmakers receives a mysterious phone call inviting them to a modern replica of serial killer H.H. Holmes' "Murder Castle." It's an opportunity too good to pass up and could be just what they need to gain some much-needed public interest.

The hotel is the perfect set for their new episode, but things are not as they seem. The crew discovers that they are being watched, even manipulated, and suddenly, much more is at stake than their ratings!

So The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me packs a mysterious killer, a true crime story, a plethora of our favorite horror movies, and a group of unique and eccentric personalities into a package worthy of its own big-budget film. Unfortunately, it falls behind in many other areas, such as the technical aspect and the repetitive gameplay due to its previous titles in the series. Therefore, it serves as a glaring proof that Supermassive Games knows how to create captivating stories, but it's time to take a step forward with the new season of the series, leaving behind the previous generations of consoles.
