it does not really protect the phone or the screen, just looks ok and makes it easy to carry the phone around or find it in a bulky bag. other than that it offers zero protection to the phone itself.

the case looks good but it failed to protect my phone. I dropped it as I was sitting down and the screen broke, the glass did not crack but the screen broke internally. When I took it to the repair shop they informed me that the poor quality of the case failed to protect the screen; in particular the bottom part where the cord is attached is so thick that during the fall, it pushed against the screen and broke it.

Pay attention to the base, it does not have a ring with a screw from the inside that can be cut at some point.
The cord does not catch on a ring but on the case itself in the special groove.
