The rum The Demon's Share 3 y.o. is produced by Bodegas de America, in Panama, on the slopes of the Baru volcano from local sugarcane, which has a peculiarity due to the volcanic area where it grows and the ingredients it draws. It then undergoes the distillation process that gives a "full" flavorful rum. It matures for three years and gives an amber rum with golden highlights. Aromatically discreet at first, with mild notes of candied orange, caramel, and sweet spices such as clove, vanilla, and turmeric. The taste is perfectly balanced with noticeable flesh and zest of orange and sweet spices. It leaves a balanced spicy aftertaste.

Served: Neat or with ice, while it pairs wonderfully in the most creative cocktails.
