These headphones are exactly the same as the Arctis Nova 1 from the same company, they just cost more because of the RGB and USB connectivity, which makes the user's life much easier. This is not only a subjective opinion, but you will see many reviews saying exactly the same thing. I will list below the positives and negatives and the reason why I gave them 3/5 stars.
Positives: -The headphones are clearly intended for gaming and especially in games the experience is very nice. Of course, they are also good for music or watching videos, movies, or series, but personally their sound did not satisfy me for these purposes, as their bass for my ear is mediocre to bad.
-The Steelseries GG software really offers endless options and helps you shape the sound as you want, depending on how you use the headphones.
-Very light and do not tire on the head even after hours, as they are made of plastic.
-The biggest positive is their microphone, which is also noise cancelling AI. Its sound is very good and others can hear you very clearly. Really, their microphone is very high quality.
Negatives: -Unfortunately, although they are good for gaming, in other uses I did not find a reason to justify the 90 euros I paid for them. The bass of the headphones does not satisfy me and I notice this particularly in music.
-Their construction is all plastic and I leave a question mark about the durability of the headphones over time. For 90 euros, I would expect a more quality and sturdy construction, as with 90 euros you can now find headsets that are better constructed.
-The RGB is okay for the aesthetic result, but I believe that they exist more to justify the price increase compared to the Arctis Nova 1, as they do not add anything further to the performance of the headphones.
In conclusion: Don't get me wrong, the headphones for gaming are good and comfortable on the head. However, I believe that they do not justify the 90 euros they cost and their price should be around 70-75 euros.
Τα ακουστικά αυτά είναι ακριβώς τα ίδια με τα Arctis Nova 1 της ίδιας εταιρείας, απλά κοστίζουν παραπάνω λόγω RGB και δυνατότητας σύνδεσης με usb, που κάνει αρκετά πιο εύκολη την ζωή του χρήστη. Αυτό δεν αποτελεί μονάχα μια υποκειμενική άποψη, αλλά θα δείτε πολλά reviews που λένε ακριβώς το ίδιο πράγμα. Παραθέτω παρακάτω τα θετικά και τα αρνητικά και για τον λόγο που βάζω 3/5 αστέρια.
Θετικά: -Τα ακουστικά προορίζονται ξεκάθαρα για gaming και ειδικά στα games η εμπειρία είναι πολύ ωραία. Φυσικά κάνουν για μουσική ή για παρακολούθηση βίντεο, ταινιών ή σειρών, αλλά προσωπικά ο ήχος τους δεν με ικανοποίησε για αυτούς τους σκοπούς, καθώς το μπάσο τους για το δικό μου αυτί είναι μέτριο προς κακό.
-Το software της Steelseries το GG, πραγματικά προσφέρει άπειρες επιλογές και βοηθάει να διαμορφώσετε τον ήχο όπως θέλετε εσείς, αναλόγως την χρήση που κάνετε στα ακουστικά.
-Πολύ ελαφριά και δεν κουράζουν στο κεφάλι ακόμα και μετά από ώρες, καθώς είναι από πλαστικό.
-Το μεγαλύτερο θετικό είναι το μικρόφωνό του, που είναι και noise cancelling AI. Ο ήχος του είναι πολύ καλός και οι άλλοι σας ακούν πολύ καθαρά. Πραγματικά το μικρόφωνό του είναι πολύ ποιοτικό.
Αρνητικά: -Δυστυχώς εάν και είναι καλά για gaming, στις υπόλοιπες χρήσεις δεν βρήκα λόγο να δικαιολογούν τα 90 ευρώ που τα πήρα. Το μπάσο των ακουστικών δεν με ικανοποιεί και αυτό το παρατηρώ ιδιαίτερα στην μουσική.
-Η κατασκευή τους είναι όλη πλαστική και αφήνω ένα ερωτηματικό για την αντοχή των ακουστικών στο χρόνο. Για 90 ευρώ θα περίμενα μια πιο ποιοτική και στιβαρή κατασκευή, καθώς με 90 ευρώ βρίσκεις πλέον headsets που κατασκευαστικά είναι καλύτερα.
-Τα RGB οκ για το αισθητικό αποτέλεσμα, αλλά πιστεύω ότι περισσότερο υπάρχουν για να δικαιολογούν την αύξηση της τιμής σε σχέση με τα Arctis Nova 1, καθώς δεν προσθέτουν κάτι περαιτέρω στην απόδοση των ακουστικών.
Συμπερασματικά: Μην παρεξηγηθώ, τα ακουστικά για gaming είναι καλά και άνετα στο κεφάλι. Θεωρώ όμως ότι δεν δικαιολογούν τα 90 ευρώ που κοστίζουν και η τιμή τους θα έπρεπε να είναι περίπου στα 70-75 ευρώ.
