I bought it to fit into double sockets that were on the wall. Unfortunately, it didn't fit. Additionally, after a few months (when I used the scheduling feature to cut the power at specific times) it burned out!! It smelled burnt and indeed it was charred! Luckily it didn't catch fire!

It is a very good choice, the only thing missing is that if you make several schedules, it does not give you the ability to name them or arrange them in the order you want; it arranges them in ascending number according to the time you select, so it's a bit difficult to figure things out.
For example, I use it as a timer with 5 different schedules during the week, so with on and off, a total of 10.
If I want to cancel a schedule, I have to search through the list to find which on and off belong to that specific schedule. The photo helps you understand what I mean.
Other than that, it is excellent, plus it does not block the adjacent socket when used on a power strip.

I wanted to be able to turn on my office computer from home, and with this product, I found the ideal solution! I turn off the tp-link and after 15 seconds, I turn it back on, and the computer starts taking control with anydesk (it requires activation in the BIOS for the computer to start when power is restored for those interested). It works perfectly with the app on the phone.

Excellent smart socket, it has the appropriate shape so as not to cover other sockets in the power strip, it works with the tapo app where one can see the consumption (both live and statistics), set automatic opening and closing at regular intervals (the socket can be set to open at a specific time even without internet access, something that many other smart sockets do not have) and operate it remotely. Additionally, the installation was a breeze and very easy, and a much more pleasant experience than my previous one with a shelly smart plug s.
