My experience with this company's products was disappointing from start to finish.

Specifically:
• The bread box had a defective inner coating (dented/worn) before it was even used.
• The kitchen paper holder already had altered and poor-quality wood at the base.
• I requested a replacement for the bread box and even the replacement product had a problem, this time with the wooden lid.

Three products, three different defects. This cannot be considered a coincidence or an "isolated failure," but a clear indication of low manufacturing quality. The overall impression points to typical low-quality products, poor raw materials, and nonexistent final inspection, regardless of how they are presented in marketing.

Personally, I would not choose this company's products again.
