The Cocktail’s Anatomy has come to bring the world of cocktails into a home-based hobby. It was not created to present us with recipes, but rather to understand the most important categories of cocktails through some of them, so we can either execute them faithfully or improvise.

This manual is aimed at those who don’t know but want to learn. At those who are enchanted by the world of drinks and cocktails but have never had the chance to discover it. Finally, at those who want to learn some basics and become better consumers.

An approach that aims, through an empirical yet scientific method, not at perfection, but at the best possible outcome. An approach that we definitely want to be enjoyable and refreshing, like a well-made Daquiri.

Jalex Noel studied Applied Mathematics, but Art and design have always been his greatest passion. He has illustrated fairy tales (Alice Through the Looking Glass), books (Queering the Greek Television “Comedy”), and has participated in four comic anthologies abroad (LGBTQI+ nominated for the anthology Rainbow Reflections) as well as in exhibitions inside and outside Greece. Today, he is the illustrator and art director of Farö (Creative Seminar Space). When he is not working, he tries to represent the universe with glitter.
