The ideal material for outdoor cooking must be weather-resistant, not alter the taste of food, and be a good conductor of heat. Only stainless steel meets all these requirements.

Pla.net company uses 3 types of stainless steel:

  • INOX 430: Good oxidation resistance and maximum thermal conductivity
  • INOX 304: Excellent oxidation resistance and excellent thermal conductivity
  • INOX 316: Maximum oxidation resistance and good thermal conductivity

In Spain and France, it's called "Plancha," in Japan "Teppanyaki." A type of BBQ that can operate with gas or electricity and offers healthy and tasty food without flames and unnecessary fats.
