The Mark5 has the most powerful collector in all of Europe, based on certified measurements (80% efficiency and minimal thermal losses), as well as the best-designed heat exchanger that ensures efficient energy transfer from the collector to the tank.
Power
The Mark5 has the most powerful collector in all of Europe, based on certified measurements (80% efficiency and minimal thermal losses), as well as the best-designed heat exchanger that ensures efficient energy transfer from the collector to the tank.
Durability
It is made with the best materials and according to the strictest quality standards. It has a steel tank, pulse tig technology robotic welds, enamel coating, a collector with 2.4 mm double-walled aluminum profile and aluminum back as well as a base entirely made of aluminum.
Design
It is designed according to modern trends of minimalism & ergonomics and has been awarded the internationally recognized reddot design award.
Tank MARK5
The water storage tank features an internal enamel coating. This results in protection from rust, as the water does not come into contact with the walls, ensuring always clean water.
Tank characteristics:
- Internal shell made of special steel (DIN 10130 standard).
- Enameling with Direct technique, for maximum corrosion resistance and absolute hygiene (DIN 4753/3 standard).
- All welds are pulse tig robotic technology, where a pulsed current creates a stable and precise voltage during welding.
Collector M5
The collector has a surface area of 2.1m², capable of producing up to 210 liters of hot water. It is selective and has lower heat losses compared to a simple collector, thus offering higher efficiency.
Collector characteristics:
- Double-walled aluminum profile 2.4mm
- Absorber with 12 copper tubes & super-selective Tinox surface 0.5mm.
- High-transmittance Low-Iron safety glass (T > 91.5%).
- Pressed construction & aluminum back.
Dual Energy
It is dual-energy, meaning it has the capability to operate in two ways: with solar energy or with electric energy. This means that inside the water tank there is an electric resistance, so on days with little sunshine due to cloudiness, you can operate your solar water heater with electric energy and always have hot water.
Solar Water Heater Maintenance
Regular maintenance of the solar water heater optimizes the quality, hygiene, and operational performance, while also saving on energy consumption. For the smooth operation of the solar water heater, regular maintenance by a specialized team is required. The necessary actions during the maintenance of the solar water heater are:
- Checking the level of solar fluids & refilling where necessary.
- Inspecting and repairing the insulation on the local solar pipes.
- Inspecting and replacing the magnesium anode to prevent the formation of scale inside the solar water heater.
- Inspecting and cleaning the electric resistance.
