    I have had the television for a year and I am very satisfied. However, exactly after a year, it started to have these shadows on the screen that I have uploaded in the photos. After contacting the store, a technician from TCL came to check the screen and did not find anything. The same seller told me that it is a common phenomenon for the LED to get out of adjustment and create shadows on QLED screens. No matter how much I showed him, he didn't see anything and said that even if it was removed, it would be normal and not a reason for service for a device under warranty. Stay away, no matter how good this thing is, I have not seen it happen so quickly on another screen.

    The specs can be found in much more expensive models.
    All the apps run without any issues.

    I have had the television for a year and I am very satisfied. However, exactly after a year, it started to have these shadows on the screen that I have uploaded in the photos. After contacting the store, a technician from TCL came to check the screen and did not find anything. The same seller told me that it is a common phenomenon for the LED to get out of adjustment and create shadows on QLED screens. No matter how much I showed him, he didn't see anything and said that even if it was removed, it would be normal and not a reason for service for a device under warranty. Stay away, no matter how good this thing is, I have not seen it happen so quickly on another screen.

    The software needs a bit more work to be more user-friendly compared to the competition like LG, etc.
    The specs can be found in much more expensive models.
    All the apps run without any issues.
    A large number of customizations make it feel like a computer.
    Aside from the attention that needs to be given to software development and updates by TCL, this particular television has no rival at this price.
