The main reason I bought this stand is because my monitor's base requires a lot of depth on the desk. Something that makes it inconvenient. I thought that such a stand would help me open up the space on my desk. I must admit that for its price, it is decent quality. The assembly is quite easy, just pay attention to the basic steps and not the exceptions because they will confuse you.
Essentially, it has almost the same depth as the depth created by my monitor's regular base. In order to manage to save 2-3 centimeters, I positioned the back of the screen parallel to the wall and turned the screen 90 degrees towards me so that it would go a few centimeters further "inside".
So, if you are getting a stand to save space (depth), maybe a wall mount would have been better, where you can move the desk a bit further away from the wall and the screen won't bother the desk.
Also, although it can make movements left and right, tilt up and down, for the viewing angle, you cannot change the height of the screen without loosening the screw at the back and tightening it again. Something that is also a negative.
Other than that, don't worry, it is a fairly good stand, at least in terms of quality, I don't consider there to be a risk of falling or loosening.

Nice quality and feels sturdy enough. It does its job well; however, the plastic part that clamps and holds the monitor in its vertical position tends to slip during tightening. It’s not that it fails to function, but there’s definitely room for improvement by the manufacturer.
