It is one of the few that reaches 300 degrees in standard programs, which means it has better metals. The pyrolytic self-cleaning doesn't interest me, but the steam feature is good for anyone baking bread. Its display is interesting (shows time, duration, degrees, and has an original red progress bar that indicates the temperature or time progression). What I miss is the backlighting of the touch buttons, which are on black glass and are not visible unless well lit from the front -- I wonder how they overlooked something so basic. The trays seem to be of good quality (deep, shallow, and stainless steel rack), as does the side support mechanism that comes out easily for cleaning. I consider it a good purchase and have a good experience with the brand. I deducted one star because the buttons should be backlit and the menu should be user-friendly, for example, not needing to refer to the manual to see what each parameter means. It's a shame for an otherwise good product to be let down by a frankly terrible software.
