Folding diamond sharpener double-sided Fallkniven FDC.

It features two sides: one with coarse diamond 25 microns and one ceramic 9 microns.

Use the diamond side to shape a new, finer edge, and the ceramic for finishing. The folding handles provide safe use during sharpening. Caution is required as knife steels are becoming increasingly hard.

The product comes with an English user guide. For cleaning, use detergent and warm water. Alternatively, for the ceramic stone, use an eraser or warm water with a little detergent.

This stone may be a bit rough at first, but it becomes smoother with use.
