Slow, incompatible with a relatively new computer and Windows 11. It lags.
Does not recognize external hard drives for inclusion in the backup plan.
Also noisy, but that wouldn't bother me if it did the job it was bought for properly

Works as it should. Enough storage space. Sometimes, however, it could be faster. Especially if you haven't used it for a while and then want to access files, it has a small second of response time. But actually, everything is fine

This review is about the capacity: 10000 GB

Noisy, quite slow especially during start-ups after inactivity, but the main issue is that it gets quite hot (56 degrees) after 3 hours of audio and video playback, resulting in the computer shutting down due to overheating. No matter where it is placed, with the air vent grilles free, it remains the same.

Pure disappointment and it has been tested on 4 different computers... I would recommend another company, very noisy, constantly freezes, if it is connected before the computer starts it does not recognize it, and with a safe removal it gives the message for repair. From my own experience, I would suggest something else if you want large capacity and speed.

Noisy, quite slow especially during start-ups after inactivity, but the main issue is that it gets quite hot (56 degrees) after 3 hours of audio and video playback, resulting in the computer shutting down due to overheating. No matter where it is placed, with the air vent grilles free, it remains the same.

Very slow. On a USB3 port, its speed does not exceed 40mb/s. Usually, it is much lower. Disappointment.
