I have the Sendo Apollo 18,000 btu for over 1.5 years now. Impeccable, excellent, both in cooling and heating during the winter. In a living room of about 25 sq.m., it "freezes" the room in a few minutes! The heating in winter is also very good. Compared to another LG I have, it is much quieter and faster in cooling. I don't understand why some people had trouble with the app, which is amazing, with many customizations, more than what the remote control offers. Plus, you can turn it on from afar, e.g. before you leave your office and find your house cool when you arrive. It also supports integration with Alexa and Google Assistant. In the end, an excellent, quality, and quiet air conditioner at half the price of other branded models.
Έχω το Sendo Apollo 18.000 btu πάνω από 1,5 χρόνο τώρα. Άψογο, εξαιρετικό, τόσο στη ψήξη όσο και στη θέρμανση το χειμώνα. Σε καθιστικό περίπου 25 τ.μ. "παγώνει" το δωμάτιο σε λίγα λεπτά ! Η δε θέρμανση το χειμώνα πολύ καλή. Σε σχέση με ένα άλλο LG που έχω, είναι πολύ πιο αθόρυβο και γρήγορο στη ψύξη. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί κάποιοι δυσκολεύτηκαν στην εφαρμογή, η οποία είναι καταπληκτική, με πάρα πολλές παραμετροποιήσεις, περισσότερες απ' ότι δίνει το τηλεχειριστήριό του. Άσε που μπορείς να το ενεργοποιήσεις από μακρυά, π.χ. πριν φύγεις από το γραφείο σου και να βρεις το σπίτι δροσερό μόλις φτάσεις. Υποστηρίζει και integration με Alexa και Google Assistant. Sendo is now on par with branded air conditioners at a much lower cost. 18,000 BTU in a 25 sqm space and it becomes a refrigerator in heating. It has nothing to envy from the others and it also has a lifetime warranty on anything that happens. Which other major company offers such a warranty? I have looked into it and they offer none, only 10 years on the compressor, where any anonymous air conditioner will withstand those 10 years. Buy it with your eyes closed now that it's early because I foresee that when their sales go up, they will raise the prices.
Η sendo πλέον είναι αντάξια με τα επώνυμα κλιματιστικά σε πολύ μικρότερο κόστος. 18.000btu σε χώρο 25τμ και γίνεται ψυγείο στην θέρμανση. Στην θέρμανση το εχω δει στα ίδια btu σε λιγο μικρότερο χώρο και το κάνει φούρνο. Δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από τα υπόλοιπα και έχει και εφ' όρου ζωής εγγύηση σε ότι πάθει. Ποια άλλη μεγάλη εταιρεία δίνει τετοια εγγύηση? Το εχω ψάξει και δεν δίνει καμία παρά μόνο 10 χρόνια στον συμπιεστή όπου σε οποιαδήποτε ανώνυμο κλιματιστικό θα τα αντέξει τα 10 αυτά χρόνια. Αγοράστε το με κλειστά τα μάτια τώρα που είναι νωρίς γιατί προβλέπω οταν ανέβουν οι πωλήσεις τους να τα ακριβαίνουν.

I have rented a house in which there are 2 Apollo 9btu air conditioners installed. One in the bedroom (12sqm) and one in the living room (22sqm). I have been using them for a while now and what I can say for sure is that these specific air conditioners are only suitable for the summer period. Their cooling is good and relatively fast. As for heating, it is TRAGIC. It only heats the area right below the blinds. No matter how long I keep it on for heating, it doesn't warm up a 12sqm room at all, and the outside temperature ranges from 3-7 degrees Celsius. Which means that in a harsh winter, it is completely useless. A bathroom heater performs better.
Έχω νοικιάσει σπίτι στο οποίο υπάρχουν τοποθετημένα 2 Apollo των 9btu. Ένα στο υπνοδωμάτιο (12τμ) και ενα στο σαλόνι (22τμ). Σε λίγο κλείνω χρόνο και αυτό που μπορω να πω με σιγουριά είναι πως τα συγκεκριμένα κλιματιστικά είναι μόνο για καλοκαιρινή περίοδο. Η ψύξη τους είναι καλή και σχετικά γρήγορη. Όσον αφορά την θέρμανση ΤΡΑΓΙΚΗ. Θερμαίνει ίσα ίσα μόνο την περιοχή κάτω απτις περσίδες. Όση ώρα κι αν το χω ανοιχτό στην θέρμανση δεν ζεσταίνει με τίποτα ένα δωμάτιο 12τμ και η θερμοκρασία εξω κυμαίνεται στους 3-7 βαθμούς κελσιου. Που σημαίνει πως σε έναν καλο χειμώνα είναι εντελώς άχρηστο. Ένα αερόθερμο μπάνιου αποδίδει περισσοτερο.

I have had it for 10 months, I was waiting for the summer to see it in action in cooling mode. (12000 btu)
Both in heating and cooling, the machine is excellent! It quickly changes the room temperature in a house with poor insulation and then slows down for energy efficiency. In other words, it is a good and powerful inverter. In heating mode, I used it even at -2° outside, and it was great for a 25m² room, it could heat even more. In cooling mode, it can bring the room temperature from 36°(!) to 32° in 1 hour, I don't think there is anything better. It is more powerful than my old 20, which used to consume three times as much energy...
As for the indoor unit, it is also very good. I rarely hear any noises, only during intense expansion and contraction when it starts. I connected it to WiFi and only operate it through the App. The initial network connection was difficult because it didn't show if the step was completed as I read, but eventually I managed to do it by chance on the 3rd attempt, don't ask me how. It has many options for temperatures, timers, air flow, etc. I can't find anything missing.
Overall, apart from the initial WiFi connection issue, I would buy it again with my eyes closed

Τόσο στη θέρμανση, όσο και στη ψύξη, το μηχάνημα είναι άριστο! Αλλάζει πολύ γρήγορα τη θερμοκρασία του χώρου σε σπίτι με χάλια μόνωση και μετά ρίχνει ταχύτητα για οικονομία. Δηλαδή ένα καλό και δυνατό inverter. Στη θέρμανση το δούλεψα μέχρι και -2° έξω, ήταν μια χαρά για δωμάτιο 25m², μπορούσε να ζεστάνει και περισσότερο. Στην ψύξη πάει το χώρο από 36°(!) σε 32° σε 1 ώρα, δε νομίζω ότι παίζει κάτι καλύτερο. Είναι πιο δυνατό από το παλιό 20άρι που είχα, το οποίο έκαιγε και τα 3πλασια...
Από πλευράς εσωτερικής μονάδας, επίσης πολύ καλό. Λίγα τριξίματα ακούω σπάνια, μόνο στις έντονες διαστολές συστολές όταν ξεκινάει. Το σύνδεσα κανονικά με WiFi και το δουλεύω μόνο από το App. Ήταν δύσκολη η αρχική σύνδεση στο δίκτυο, γιατί δεν έδειχνε αν έγινε το βήμα που διάβαζα, αλλά τελικά τα κατάφερα τυχαία στην 3η προσπάθεια, μη ρωτήσετε πώς. Έχει πολλές επιλογές για θερμοκρασίες, timers, ροή αέρα κλπ. Δε βρίσκω να του λείπει κάτι.
Γενικά, πέρα από το θέμα της αρχικής σύνδεσης WiFi, το ξαναπαίρνω με κλειστά μάτια

12AR: Insane cooling performance in a 25-30sqm space. HOWEVER, the outdoor unit is very compact and makes a lot of noise. Also, some creaks can be heard in the indoor unit and occasional light rattling. UPDATE: The technician came and mounted it better on the base. It no longer makes noise. It was an installation issue. Επανέρχομαι για τη θέρμανση. Είναι εξαιρετικά και τα δύο για τους χώρους που τα έχω (βλέπε παραπάνω). Ανταποκρίνονται σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά και η ποιότητα του αέρα είναι πολύ καλή.

I have the Sendo Apollo 18,000 btu for over 1.5 years now. Impeccable, excellent, both in cooling and heating during the winter. In a living room of about 25 sq.m., it "freezes" the room in a few minutes! The heating in winter is also very good. Compared to another LG I have, it is much quieter and faster in cooling. I don't understand why some people had trouble with the app, which is amazing, with many customizations, more than what the remote control offers. Plus, you can turn it on from afar, e.g. before you leave your office and find your house cool when you arrive. It also supports integration with Alexa and Google Assistant. In the end, an excellent, quality, and quiet air conditioner at half the price of other branded models.
Έχω το Sendo Apollo 18.000 btu πάνω από 1,5 χρόνο τώρα. Άψογο, εξαιρετικό, τόσο στη ψήξη όσο και στη θέρμανση το χειμώνα. Σε καθιστικό περίπου 25 τ.μ. "παγώνει" το δωμάτιο σε λίγα λεπτά ! Η δε θέρμανση το χειμώνα πολύ καλή. Σε σχέση με ένα άλλο LG που έχω, είναι πολύ πιο αθόρυβο και γρήγορο στη ψύξη. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί κάποιοι δυσκολεύτηκαν στην εφαρμογή, η οποία είναι καταπληκτική, με πάρα πολλές παραμετροποιήσεις, περισσότερες απ' ότι δίνει το τηλεχειριστήριό του. Άσε που μπορείς να το ενεργοποιήσεις από μακρυά, π.χ. πριν φύγεις από το γραφείο σου και να βρεις το σπίτι δροσερό μόλις φτάσεις. Υποστηρίζει και integration με Alexa και Google Assistant. Good functionality but very difficult to set up with WiFi. A month after installation and I still haven't managed to operate it through the app it has.

Sendo is now on par with branded air conditioners at a much lower cost. 18,000 BTU in a 25 sqm space and it becomes a refrigerator in heating. In heating, I have seen it at the same BTU in a slightly smaller space and it turns it into an oven. It has nothing to envy from the others and it also has a lifetime warranty on anything that happens. Which other major company offers such a warranty? I have looked into it and they offer none, only 10 years on the compressor, where any anonymous air conditioner will withstand those 10 years. Buy it with your eyes closed now that it's early because I foresee that when their sales go up, they will raise the prices.
Η sendo πλέον είναι αντάξια με τα επώνυμα κλιματιστικά σε πολύ μικρότερο κόστος. 18.000btu σε χώρο 25τμ και γίνεται ψυγείο στην θέρμανση. Στην θέρμανση το εχω δει στα ίδια btu σε λιγο μικρότερο χώρο και το κάνει φούρνο. Δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από τα υπόλοιπα και έχει και εφ' όρου ζωής εγγύηση σε ότι πάθει. Ποια άλλη μεγάλη εταιρεία δίνει τετοια εγγύηση? Το εχω ψάξει και δεν δίνει καμία παρά μόνο 10 χρόνια στον συμπιεστή όπου σε οποιαδήποτε ανώνυμο κλιματιστικό θα τα αντέξει τα 10 αυτά χρόνια. Αγοράστε το με κλειστά τα μάτια τώρα που είναι νωρίς γιατί προβλέπω οταν ανέβουν οι πωλήσεις τους να τα ακριβαίνουν.

I have rented a house in which there are 2 Apollo 9btu air conditioners installed. One in the bedroom (12sqm) and one in the living room (22sqm). I have been using them for a while now and what I can say for sure is that these specific air conditioners are only suitable for the summer period. Their cooling is good and relatively fast. As for heating, it is TRAGIC. It only heats the area right below the blinds. No matter how long I keep it on for heating, it doesn't warm up a 12sqm room at all, and the outside temperature ranges from 3-7 degrees Celsius. Which means that in a harsh winter, it is completely useless. A bathroom heater performs better.
Έχω νοικιάσει σπίτι στο οποίο υπάρχουν τοποθετημένα 2 Apollo των 9btu. Ένα στο υπνοδωμάτιο (12τμ) και ενα στο σαλόνι (22τμ). Σε λίγο κλείνω χρόνο και αυτό που μπορω να πω με σιγουριά είναι πως τα συγκεκριμένα κλιματιστικά είναι μόνο για καλοκαιρινή περίοδο. Η ψύξη τους είναι καλή και σχετικά γρήγορη. Όσον αφορά την θέρμανση ΤΡΑΓΙΚΗ. Θερμαίνει ίσα ίσα μόνο την περιοχή κάτω απτις περσίδες. Όση ώρα κι αν το χω ανοιχτό στην θέρμανση δεν ζεσταίνει με τίποτα ένα δωμάτιο 12τμ και η θερμοκρασία εξω κυμαίνεται στους 3-7 βαθμούς κελσιου. Που σημαίνει πως σε έναν καλο χειμώνα είναι εντελώς άχρηστο. Ένα αερόθερμο μπάνιου αποδίδει περισσοτερο.
Purchase 10/2023. Installed in the bedroom. Currently, it performs well in heating mode. We have months ahead for me to have a complete opinion on cooling. The space previously had a 25+ year old air conditioner, so theoretically there will be a difference in consumption. Overall, it seems like a fair deal for the money.
Αγορά 10/2023. Τοποθετημένο σε κρεβατοκάμαρα. Πρός το παρόν στην λειτουργία θέρμανσης αποδίδει μια χαρά. Για την ψύξη έχουμε μήνες μπροστά μας για να έχω ολοκληρωμένη άποψη. Στον χώρο υπήρχε aircondition 25+ χρονών, οπότε θεωρητικά θα υπάρχει διαφορά από άποψη κατανάλωσης. Σε γενικές γραμμές για τα χρήματα του φαίνεται τίμιο.

Το έχω στην κατοχή μου μια εβδομάδα για ψύξη το χρησιμοποίησα ειναι αθόρυβο και το εξω και το μεσα και σε turbo mode. το τηλεκοντρολ εχει λίγα κουμπια και δεν ειναι σαν τα κλασικα και στην εφαρμογη εχει πιο πολλες επιλογες και εμενα μου δουλευει μια χαρα με wifi. εξω η μοναδα ειναι μικρη πιο μικρη απο ενα αλλο αλλης μαρκας που εχω 9αρι. το πηρα για περιστασιακη χρηση θα επανέλθω και στον χρόνο να σας πω. Η εγγυηση λει εφορου ζωης αλλα εγω δεν σκοπευω να κανω service καθε χρονο δεδομενου οτι δεν το χρησιμοποιω πολυ. εχω βαλει ενα μετρητη ρευματος απλο πανω και κοιταω την καταναλωση για την οποια δεν εχω αποψη. ειπα και στον τεχνικο να μου βαλει 3 μετρα σωληνα που γραφει το βιβλίο σαν ελάχιστο. μεχρι στιγμης ευχαριστημένος !

Both in heating and cooling, the machine is excellent! It quickly changes the room temperature in a house with poor insulation and then slows down for energy efficiency. In other words, it is a good and powerful inverter. In heating mode, I used it even at -2° outside, and it was great for a 25m² room, it could heat even more. In cooling mode, it can bring the room temperature from 36°(!) to 32° in 1 hour, I don't think there is anything better. It is more powerful than my old 20, which used to consume three times as much energy...
As for the indoor unit, it is also very good. I rarely hear any noises, only during intense expansion and contraction when it starts. I connected it to WiFi and only operate it through the App. The initial network connection was difficult because it didn't show if the step was completed as I read, but eventually I managed to do it by chance on the 3rd attempt, don't ask me how. It has many options for temperatures, timers, air flow, etc. I can't find anything missing.
Overall, apart from the initial WiFi connection issue, I would buy it again with my eyes closed

Τόσο στη θέρμανση, όσο και στη ψύξη, το μηχάνημα είναι άριστο! Αλλάζει πολύ γρήγορα τη θερμοκρασία του χώρου σε σπίτι με χάλια μόνωση και μετά ρίχνει ταχύτητα για οικονομία. Δηλαδή ένα καλό και δυνατό inverter. Στη θέρμανση το δούλεψα μέχρι και -2° έξω, ήταν μια χαρά για δωμάτιο 25m², μπορούσε να ζεστάνει και περισσότερο. Στην ψύξη πάει το χώρο από 36°(!) σε 32° σε 1 ώρα, δε νομίζω ότι παίζει κάτι καλύτερο. Είναι πιο δυνατό από το παλιό 20άρι που είχα, το οποίο έκαιγε και τα 3πλασια...
Από πλευράς εσωτερικής μονάδας, επίσης πολύ καλό. Λίγα τριξίματα ακούω σπάνια, μόνο στις έντονες διαστολές συστολές όταν ξεκινάει. Το σύνδεσα κανονικά με WiFi και το δουλεύω μόνο από το App. Ήταν δύσκολη η αρχική σύνδεση στο δίκτυο, γιατί δεν έδειχνε αν έγινε το βήμα που διάβαζα, αλλά τελικά τα κατάφερα τυχαία στην 3η προσπάθεια, μη ρωτήσετε πώς. Έχει πολλές επιλογές για θερμοκρασίες, timers, ροή αέρα κλπ. Δε βρίσκω να του λείπει κάτι.
Γενικά, πέρα από το θέμα της αρχικής σύνδεσης WiFi, το ξαναπαίρνω με κλειστά μάτια

12AR: Insane cooling performance in a 25-30sqm space. HOWEVER, the outdoor unit is very compact and makes a lot of noise. Also, some creaks can be heard in the indoor unit and occasional light rattling. UPDATE: The technician came and mounted it better on the base. It no longer makes noise. It was an installation issue. EXCELLENT

Returning for heating. Both are excellent for the spaces I have them in (see above). They respond in just a few minutes and the air quality is very good.

Επίσης στην εσωτερική μονάδα ακούγονται καποιοι τριγμοί στα πλαστικά κι ενα ελαφρύ κροτάλισμα περιστασιακά. UPDATE: ήρθε ο τεχνικός και το μόνταρε καλύτερα στη βάση του. Δεν κάνει θορύβους πλέον. Επανέρχομαι για τη θέρμανση. Είναι εξαιρετικά και τα δύο για τους χώρους που τα έχω (βλέπε παραπάνω). Ανταποκρίνονται σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά και η ποιότητα του αέρα είναι πολύ καλή.

I have the Sendo Apollo 18,000 btu for over 1.5 years now. Impeccable, excellent, both in cooling and heating during the winter. In a living room of about 25 sq.m., it "freezes" the room in a few minutes! The heating in winter is also very good. Compared to another LG I have, it is much quieter and faster in cooling. I don't understand why some people had trouble with the app, which is amazing, with many customizations, more than what the remote control offers. Plus, you can turn it on from afar, e.g. before you leave your office and find your house cool when you arrive. It also supports integration with Alexa and Google Assistant. In the end, an excellent, quality, and quiet air conditioner at half the price of other branded models.
Έχω το Sendo Apollo 18.000 btu πάνω από 1,5 χρόνο τώρα. Άψογο, εξαιρετικό, τόσο στη ψήξη όσο και στη θέρμανση το χειμώνα. Σε καθιστικό περίπου 25 τ.μ. "παγώνει" το δωμάτιο σε λίγα λεπτά ! Η δε θέρμανση το χειμώνα πολύ καλή. Σε σχέση με ένα άλλο LG που έχω, είναι πολύ πιο αθόρυβο και γρήγορο στη ψύξη. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί κάποιοι δυσκολεύτηκαν στην εφαρμογή, η οποία είναι καταπληκτική, με πάρα πολλές παραμετροποιήσεις, περισσότερες απ' ότι δίνει το τηλεχειριστήριό του. Άσε που μπορείς να το ενεργοποιήσεις από μακρυά, π.χ. πριν φύγεις από το γραφείο σου και να βρεις το σπίτι δροσερό μόλις φτάσεις. Υποστηρίζει και integration με Alexa και Google Assistant. Τελικά, ένα εξαιρετικό, ποιοτικό και αθόρυβο κλιματιστικό στη μισή τιμή από άλλα επώνυμα brands.
