The Shelly Plus i4 DC input module records signals from up to 4 switches and wirelessly activates relays, sensors, and automation scenes. Each switch supports up to 3 actions: a single press, two quick presses, or a long press, for up to 12 actions in total. It connects directly to a Wi-Fi network without a hub and can control Shelly devices or compatible devices via HTTP, MQTT, and CoAP.

It supports use in lighting, roller shutter, and garage door installations, as well as connection to alarm systems and doorbells. It can be configured for dimming in conjunction with the Shelly RGBW2 and features an internal temperature sensor for overheating protection. Setup is via Bluetooth, and the built-in web server allows management over the network.
