Constructed entirely from AISI 304 satin-finished stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish.

  • Sheet thickness of 0.8 mm.
  • Grease filter holders for filters with a width of 3 cm.
  • Welding in an inert argon atmosphere using the tig method.
  • Perimeter channel with smooth turns.
  • Standardized diameter and number of exhaust and air intake holes, but also customizable upon request.
  • Grease extraction tube.
  • Grease collection tray.
  • Dual-energy with a fixed airflow direction opening of 5 cm for incoming air.
  • Dual Energy hoods intake air from the external environment, thus replenishing the air they exhaust.
  • Dual Energy hoods are also referred to as eco-friendly, as they prevent the loss of significant volumes of conditioned air from the kitchen space, resulting in reduced air conditioning costs.
