Definitely the best value for money option with high EPA DHA content. Personally, I didn't feel any difference, I didn't do any tests before or after. It doesn't give me a fishy taste, although there is a slight smell when you open the box, but it's not bothersome to me. No issues with the capsule size. I bought it again, I recommend it.

I had 388 triglycerides and within two months after doing tests they dropped to 260 and I’m still going! I take 3 a day with very little exercise during the week or a little walking, I didn’t really watch my diet! It has a very good concentration in one pill so yes it’s top for gradually lowering your triglycerides, that’s why I took them…. When they drop and are within limits, I’ll take them less frequently for maintenance

It definitely has high content but it is not odorless. When you open the container, the smell hits you. Also, your hand smells when you take the capsule. As for the result, it remains to be seen.

Update. It turns out the smell was because some capsules opened inside the packaging (?!?!) - the membranes of the capsules were not so solid. I didn't see a reason to stop using it (since the packaging was ruined). I wouldn't buy it again.

In the positives, it is odorless without an unpleasant sensation. In the negatives, the capsule is too big.
