Owner of Nimbus and this model as well. Really very comfortable and soft stepping. I got it for work as I stand for hours and I am post hip and knee surgeries. With many orthopedic and non-orthopedic shoes from very expensive brands, my feet hurt after 3-4 hours... with these I can easily do an 8-hour shift. You can feel the difference while walking... not at all suitable for static work. They slip on wet pavement or tiles. Small sizing (i.e. if I used to get 40 in other well-known brands, I needed to get 41.5 in this one). In general, I think that if you wear these – it’s hard to wear anything else afterwards... for example, the Skechers I used to wear in the past and considered very soft – now seem much inferior compared to either the Nimbus 23, 25 I have or this model. If you walk a lot, you will love this shoe.
* Almost a year later. The shoe in very tough working conditions... gets dirty daily, takes hits every day and despite all that, it hasn’t torn anywhere, nor has it opened up from the many times I’ve washed it. The big plus is that my feet don’t hurt at all. They have a very good bounce feel compared to the newer models I’ve tried recently. If I find the same model in my size, I’ll get it because the newer ones are not as soft.
