Balance board for beginners. Positives: If you are not familiar, this is the right board to train in this type of exercise. Negatives: Due to the tracks, both the roller and the board have, it often gets stuck and brakes, not allowing for smooth movement of the board, resulting in the exercise not being done correctly. Especially if there is a carpet or yoga mat, the roller unfortunately brakes. This is of course a positive for beginners. Tip: If you get used to it, then with a screwdriver, you can remove the central track from the board and then it goes like a bullet, but it requires great caution because it doesn't stick or brake. It is the best board value for money!
