- Blue selective absorber with titanium coating from TINOX [www.tinox.de] with a short-wave radiation absorption coefficient of 0.95 +(-) 0.04 and a long-wave radiation emission coefficient of 0.05 +(-) 0.04. The thickness of the absorber is 0.135mm and the hydraulic skeleton consists of two horizontal headers Ø22x0.8 and 9 or 12 vertical tubes Ø10x0.4. The absorber is welded to the hydraulic skeleton using ultrasonic welding technology.
- The absorber has 2 or 4 outlets Ø22 where sealing rings made of EPDM are placed both internally and externally to the frame.
- The insulation of the back and the lateral insulation of the collector consists of 40mm high thermal conductivity rockwool (specifically designed for solar applications).
- An embossed galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.7mm is placed on the back of the collector and is connected to the aluminum frame with EPDM seals for complete waterproofing.
- Drainage outlets with EPDM rings at the bottom of the frame for the discharge of vapors.
