    Poor quality plastics, while it does a fairly good job, the arm handle was destroyed after 2 years and additionally broke at the base where it allows rotation and supports the steam cleaner. Only the spare parts cost more than the device itself, so it's not worth repairing. I would hardly buy a similar product from the same company again.

    This particular product is excellent. It is ready to use in about 5 seconds and cleans very well. In tough stains, it may require a second pass, but ultimately the floor cleans much better than a mop. It also theoretically disinfects, so if there are small children, it is somewhat safer than a traditional mop. Overall, it is very convenient and user-friendly. The reason I don't give it 5/5 is that it broke for me personally. The damage it suffered was irreparable. From what I saw on the internet, I was probably extremely unlucky.
