I would like it at 800W, but still the boiling time for 500ml of water is satisfactory. I never make Greek coffee, because the electric resistance "roasts" the coffee even more and makes it more bitter; I make Greek coffee ONLY on fire (gas stove) with a traditional copper briki for maximum coffee quality/taste.
