Description

Red dry varietal wine Pinot Noir 100% from a mountainous vineyard at an altitude of 1100 meters. Bright red color with intense violet hues. Intense aromas of red fruits, mild herbaceousness, and notes of coffee. On the palate, gentle tannins in harmony with refreshing acidity provide a delicate balance. Its finish remains fruity with good length.

Winemaking: The grape is carefully harvested and lightly crushed and destemmed into new barrels for alcoholic fermentation in the presence of the skins until the end of fermentation. Then the free-run wine is collected and sent again to new 228-liter barrels for malolactic fermentation and aging for a total of 18 months.
