The book "Learning and Practicing Mathematics for 4th Grade" (Volumes A and B) is aimed at students, parents, and educators. Its structure and organization follow that of the school environment and operate in parallel with it.
Volume B contains five units, which are structured into 30 chapters. Each chapter consists of two parts:
- "Learning": where the student approaches mathematical concepts and discovers new knowledge. It is framed by theory suitably designed for students and is enhanced with extensions and examples.
- "Exercises for Solution": where, through picture exercises and problems, the student consolidates the new knowledge and "builds" on it. The exercises feature a graduated level of difficulty and are accompanied by examples that aid in understanding the requirements. They include topics from mathematics competitions, appropriately adapted to the cognitive level of the 4th grade.
The units conclude with review chapters for assessment. Following are the solutions - answers to all the above.
