The outdoor unit of 9,000 btu weighs 58 kg while my previous toyotomi (Made in China) was only 27!
That says it all. The indoor unit is very sturdy.
If you have the opportunity, get it, even in installments.

If you have demands, get DAIKIN MADE IN JAPAN.
Update: The more I use it, the more I love it. In heating, it is dynamite. Once it reaches temperature, the compressor slows down and maintains the space with just 180W!

Hello and greetings to everyone.
I would like to share my experience with this particular air conditioner.
I bought the 18,000 BTU model in November 2020.
The installation company told me that for at least 2 years, I wouldn't need any maintenance or filter cleaning on my part.
As soon as the 2 years were about to end, they told me to call them for cleaning.
Much before the 2 years were up, around 1 year and something, it started giving me problems, especially with cooling.
It didn't produce any cold air at all, and many times it would stop working on its own.
Luckily, I didn't have any issues with heating.
It's as if it didn't even reach the 2-year mark before completely breaking down in terms of cooling (no air at all), and after a while, for absolutely no reason, the remote control also stopped working (not functioning at all), which the installation company had told us was very expensive.
For me, it wasn't worth the money.
The previous air conditioner I had, which was worth only 1/5 of the Daikin, lasted much longer!
Overall, I expected much more from an air conditioner in the price range of €3,000.
I am not satisfied at all.

Να μοιραστώ και εγώ την εμπειρία μου για το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό.
Αγόρασα το 18άρι τον Νοέμβριο του 2020.
Μου είπε το συνεργείο που το εγκατέστησε ότι για τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια δεν χρειάζεται καμμία συντήρηση ή καθαρισμό των φίλτρων απο μεριά μου.
Με το που θα έκλεινε τα 2 χρόνια μου είπαν να τους καλέσω για καθαρισμό.
Πολύ πριν κλείσει τα 2 χρόνια δηλαδή στον 1 χρόνο και κάτι, άρχισε να μου βγάζει προβλήματα ειδικά με την ψύξη.
Δεν έβγαζε καθόλου ψυχρό αέρα και πολλές φορές σταματούσε από μόνο του χωρίς να λειτουργεί.
Με την θέρμανση ευτυχώς δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα.
Σαν να μην έφτασε αυτό πριν κάν κλείσει 2 χρόνια χάλασε εντελώς η ψύξη (δεν έβγαζε καθόλου αέρα) και μετά από λίγο καιρό χωρίς απολύτως κανένα λόγο μας χαλάει και το τηλεχειριστήριο (δεν δουλεύει καθόλου) το οποίο μου είχαν πει από το συνεργείο που μας το εγκατέστησε ότι είναι πάρα πολύ ακριβό.
Για μένα δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά του.
Το προηγούμενο κλιματιστικό που είχα είχε το 1/5 της αξίας του Daikin και μου κράτησε πολύ περισσότερο!
Σε γενικές γραμμές περίμενα πολλά περισσότερα από ένα κλιματιστικό της τάξεως των 3.000€.
Δεν έχω μείνει καθόλου ευχαριστημένος.

Let me share my experience as well. So, I have bought a total of 2 18,000 BTU air conditioners. It is a very good machine, but with some downsides. Firstly, after 1.5 years, the plastic parts turned yellow in a non-smoking area. Secondly, the internal blinds that distribute the air in the first unit I bought were intact and manufactured in 2020, but in the second unit I bought, manufactured in 2021, the blinds were misaligned. As a result, I had to get them replaced by Daikin Hellas under warranty. However, I faced the same issue with the new blinds. Despite many people claiming that this is a top-notch machine, I found it disappointing to have misaligned blinds. After speaking with Daikin Hellas and explaining the issue, they agreed to replace the entire unit with a new sealed one. Unfortunately, even the new unit, manufactured in 2023, came with worse misaligned blinds. Yes, the machine is good. It's not noisy, but it does make some noise, similar to other top brands but at a lower level. As for the extra features, I haven't tested them yet. The cooling is very good, almost excellent, but I expected better heating in a well-insulated 75 sqm apartment. The external blinds in the first unit were also misaligned and were replaced under warranty. In conclusion, it is a fairly good machine, but with some issues that, in my opinion, should not exist in such a price range air conditioner. I hope I helped some of you. I will purchase a 10-year extended warranty for any possible future issues because the spare parts are expensive in case of damage. However, it must be purchased within 6 months from installation, with a cost of 300€

Ξεκινώντας το μηχάνημα μετά από 1.5 χρόνο τα πλαστικα του κιτρίνισαν σε χώρο που δε καπνίζει κανείς
Δεύτερον οι εσωτερικές περσίδες αυτές που κατανέμουν τον αέρα στο πρώτο μηχάνημα που πήρα ήταν ολόισιες με έτος κατασκευής 2020 το δεύτερο όμως που πήρα με έτος κατασκευής 2021 οι περσίδες ήταν το καλούπι στραβό με αποτέλεσμα
Να γίνει αντικατάσταση από daikin Hellas στο πλαίσιο εγγύησης
Ομως είχα το ίδιο θέμα και με τις νέες περσίδες
Αφού δε δέχτηκα ένα μηχάνημα κορυφής όπως πολλοί αναφέρουν να εχει στραβές περσίδες και αφού μίλησα με daikin Hellas και τους εξήγησα το θέμα με τα πολλά δέχτηκαν να αλλαχθεί το μηχάνημα εξ ολοκλήρου με καινούριο κλειστό σφραγιστο
Δυστυχώς και το νέο με έτος παραγωγής 2023 ήρθε με χειρότερες στραβές περσίδες
Ναι οκ καλό το μηχάνημα
Δε το λες θορυβώδες αλλά και επ ουδενι αθόρυβο κάνει θόρυβο όπως κάνουν και τα αλλά κορυφαίων μάρκων σε πιο χαμηλή στάθμη απλά
Όσον αφορά τις έξτρα λειτουργίες δε τις έχω δοκιμάσει
Ψύξη πολύ καλή έως άριστη θέρμανση περίμενα αρκετά παραπάνω σε διαμέρισμα με πολύ καλή Μονωση 75 τμ καθαρά
Οι εξωτερικές περσίδες επίσης στο πρωτο μηχάνημα ήταν στραβές και αλλαχτήκαν πάλι σε πλαίσιο εγγύησης
Εν κατακλείδι αρκετά καλό μηχάνημα όμως με κάποια θέματα που σε εμένα προέκυψαν που δε δικαιολογούνται να υπάρχουν σε τέτοιας τάξης τιμή κλιματιστικό
Ελπίζω να βοήθησα μερικούς

I bought 2 units for the bedrooms, after months of research, to replace 2 other DAIKIN units that served me well since 2000 without any problems. Both of them are INVERTER and MADE IN JAPAN, inside and out. For me, the quality of construction is very important, and here it is more than satisfactory. The design is innovative, with high-quality plastics, a remote control, and cutting-edge technology. I changed them for additional savings and convenience. I have had them for about a week and I am constantly testing them. Fresh air supply is important to me because often I cannot open a window but still want air renewal. They also have self-cleaning filter programs, so they don't smell like some older machines. They are not cheap by any means, but I believe that in the long run, they will make up for the sacrifice of almost double the price compared to the competition, if there is any.
I should note that I use them 85% for cooling and only 15% for heating. I also have information that the company produces and imports cheaper series from Turkey. Personally, and without offense, I wouldn't spend a penny on anything Turkish, even if it were the best of the best (which it is not), purely for personal reasons.
Soon, I plan to replace 2 12,000 BTU INVERTER units in the living room with new models, but DAIKIN, MITSUBISHI, and TOSHIBA will undergo exams, with the first and best being their MADE IN origin, performance, and of course, the purchase price.
As an example, I mention that in the living room, I am not interested in the luxury of fresh air supply, so URURU SARARA is off the list due to cost, as its capabilities are not needed like in the bedrooms.
Finally, I believe I have helped at least a little.
Αγορασα 2 9αρια για τα υπνοδωματια,μετα απο ερευνες αγορας μηνων,σε αντικατασταση 2 αλλων DAIKIN που με υπηρετουσαν ,απο το 2000,χωρις κανενα προβλημα,.Και εκεινα και αυτα ειναι INVERTER,και MADE IN JAPAN,μεσα-εξω....Για εμενα η ποιοτητα κατασκευης ειναι παρα πολυ σημαντικη,και εδω ειναι παραπανω απο απτη...Σχεδιαση πρωτοποριακη,ποιοτικα πλαστικα,χειριστηριο,τεχνολογια αιχμης!.Τα αλλαξα για επιπλεον οικονομια, και περισσοτερες ευκολιες..Τα εχω περιπου μια εβδομαδα,και τα τεσταρω ασταματητα..Η παροχη φρεσκου αερα,ειναι σημαντικη για εμενα,γιατι πολλες φορες,δεν μπορεις να ανοιξεις παραθυρο,αλλα θελεις ανανεωση αερα..Επισης εχουν προγραμματα αυτοκαθαρισμου φιλτρων,και ετσι δεν μυριζουν,οπως καποια παλαιοτερα μηχανηματα..Δεν ειναι σε καμμια περιπτωση φθηνα,αλλα πιστευω οτι σε βαθος χρονου,θα αποσβεσουν την τωρινη θυσια,της σχεδον διπλασιας τιμης,απο τον οποιο ανταγωνισμο,εαν αυτος υπαρχει...
Να σημειωσω,οτι η χρηση που κανω,ειναι 85% για ψυξη,και μονο 15% για θερμανση.
Επισης εχω την πληροφορια,οτι η εταιρεια φτιαχνει,και εισαγει φθηνοτερες σειρες απο Τουρκια.Προσωπικα εγω,και χωρις παρεξηγηση,δεν θα εδινα ουτε σεντς,για οτιδηποτε Τουρκικο,ακομα και εαν ηταν,η κορυφη των κορυφων(που ουτε καν ειναι...),καθαρα και μονο για λογους αρχης(προσωπικους).
Συντομα προτιθεμαι,να αντικαταστησω και 2 12αρια INVERTER,που εχω στο σαλονι,με νεα μοντελα,αλλα τα υποψηφια DAIKIN,MITSUBISHI,και TOSHIBA,θα περασουν εξετασεις,με πρωτη και καλυτερη.την MADE IN ,προελευση τους,τις επιδοσεις,και φυσικα την τιμη κτησης τους.
Ενδεικτικα αναφερω,οτι στο σαλονι,δεν με ενδιαφερει,η πολυτελεια της παροχης φρεσκου αερα,και κατα συνεπεια,το URURU SARARA,ειναι εκτος λιστας,λογω κοστους,μιας και οι υπερδυνατοτητες του,δεν μου χρειαζονται,οπως στα υπνοδωματια.
Τελος,πιστευω,να βοηθησα εστω,και λιγο.

To install 3 units in a house, it costs at least €7,500... not easy at all.
Expensive charcoal filter (change every 2-3 years at €100, yes, one of them!).
Some (not all) functions are unnecessary for the climate of Greece, especially if you live in the wider area of Attica.
The machine is mainly an air conditioner, it does that reliably, with quality and excellently.
Beyond that, it's good that it gives you the ability to do extra things, but if you want intensive and intense execution of functions such as dehumidification or humidification, buy a device that is specifically designed to do only that and serve its purpose excellently.
Daikin has such portable machines that exclusively do ionization, humidification, or dehumidification with excellent results, as does the competitive Winix, which I also highly appreciate.
In any case, these machines are the elite of the company (and not only) and that's why they are very expensive.

Μετά από 1.5 χρόνο άρχισαν να κιτρινίζουν τα πλαστικά μέρη του control unit , παρόλο που τα καθαρίζω απλά με νωπό πανάκι.
Κακή ποιότητα λοιπόν ή αστοχία υλικού,δεν ξέρω.
Απαράδεκτο για 100€ control.
Ακριβό στην αγορά του.
Για να βάλεις 3 μηχανήματα σε ένα σπίτι , σου κοστίζουν τουλάχιστον 7.500€...δεν το λες εύκολο ούτε λίγο.
Ακριβό φίλτρο(μαμά) άνθρακα (κάθε 2-3 χρόνια αλλαγή του στα 100€, ναι το ένα!).
Κάποιες(όχι όλες)λειτουργίες του είναι περιττές για το κλίμα της Ελλάδας ειδικά αν διαμένετε στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Αττικής.
Το μηχάνημα είναι κυρίως κλιματιστικό,αυτό το κάνει αξιόπιστα,ποιοτικά και άριστα.
Από κει και πέρα καλό είναι που σου δίνει την δυνατότητα να κάνεις πραματάκια εξτρά , αλλά
αν θέλετε εντατικά και έντονα την εκτέλεση λειτουργιών όπως πχ της αφύγρανσης ή ύγρανσης, αγοράστε μια συσκευή που προορίζεται να κάνει μόνο αυτό και να υπηρετεί τον σκοπό της άριστα.
Η Dakin διαθέτει τέτοια μηχανήματα φορητά που κάνουν αποκλειστικά ιονισμό , ύγρανση ή αφύγρανση με εξαιρετικά αποτελέσματα όπως και η αντίστοιχη ανταγωνιστική winix που την έχω επίσης σε μεγάλη εκτίμηση.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση τα μηχανήματα αυτά είναι η ελίτ της εταιρείας (και όχι μόνο) και γι'αυτό είναι και πολύ ακριβά.

I have it for 14 months, excellent electricity saving during dehumidification. I don't use the humidification function. Top-notch and almost the only one from Japan!!! In the 18 months, the entire blind mechanism was replaced because they didn't close properly. In about 6 years, the door from the remote control doesn't close properly in the body's notches, resulting in the buttons on the front side not being pressed and not accepting commands many times.
Το έχω 14 μηνες,εξαιρετική οικονομία στο ρεύμα την εφυγρανση-αφυγρανση δεν της κάνω χρηση.κορυφαίο και το μοναδικό σχεδον japan!!! Στους 18 μηνες αλλάχτηκε Ολος ο μηχανισμός περσίδων διότι δεν έκλειναν σωστα.Στα 6 χρόνια περίπου το πορτάκι από το τηλεκοντρόλ δεν κλείνει σωστά στις εγκοπές του σώματος με αποτέλεσμα τα κουμπιά στην μπροστινή πλευρά του να μην πατιούνται και να μην δέχεται εντολές πολλές φορές.

It is MADE IN JAPAN and that says it all.
It has a sturdy remote control and many functions.
It brings fresh air from outside with its special construction.
The outdoor unit of 9,000 btu weighs 58 kg while my previous toyotomi (Made in China) was only 27!
That says it all. The indoor unit is very sturdy.
If you have the opportunity, get it, even in installments.
It will reward you.
If you just want an air conditioner to blow, get a cheap Chinese one...
If you have demands, get DAIKIN MADE IN JAPAN.
Update: The more I use it, the more I love it. In heating, it is dynamite. Once it reaches temperature, the compressor slows down and maintains the space with just 180W!
The outdoor unit is barely even heard.

Update: Όσο το χρησιμοποιώ τόσο το λατρεύω. Στη θέρμανση είναι δυναμίτης. Αφού πιάσει θερμοκρασία, κατεβάζει στροφές ο συμπιεστής και συντηρεί το χώρο με μόλις 180W!
Η εξωτερική μονάδα ούτε καν ακούγεται.

I would like to share my experience with this particular air conditioner.
I bought the 18,000 BTU model in November 2020.
The installation company told me that for at least 2 years, I wouldn't need any maintenance or filter cleaning on my part.
As soon as the 2 years were about to end, they told me to call them for cleaning.
Much before the 2 years were up, around 1 year and something, it started giving me problems, especially with cooling.
It didn't produce any cold air at all, and many times it would stop working on its own.
Luckily, I didn't have any issues with heating.
It's as if it didn't even reach the 2-year mark before completely breaking down in terms of cooling (no air at all), and after a while, for absolutely no reason, the remote control also stopped working (not functioning at all), which the installation company had told us was very expensive.
For me, it wasn't worth the money.
The previous air conditioner I had, which was worth only 1/5 of the Daikin, lasted much longer!
Overall, I expected much more from an air conditioner in the price range of €3,000.
I am not satisfied at all.

Αγόρασα το 18άρι τον Νοέμβριο του 2020.
Μου είπε το συνεργείο που το εγκατέστησε ότι για τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια δεν χρειάζεται καμμία συντήρηση ή καθαρισμό των φίλτρων απο μεριά μου.
Με το που θα έκλεινε τα 2 χρόνια μου είπαν να τους καλέσω για καθαρισμό.
Πολύ πριν κλείσει τα 2 χρόνια δηλαδή στον 1 χρόνο και κάτι, άρχισε να μου βγάζει προβλήματα ειδικά με την ψύξη.
Δεν έβγαζε καθόλου ψυχρό αέρα και πολλές φορές σταματούσε από μόνο του χωρίς να λειτουργεί.
Με την θέρμανση ευτυχώς δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα.
Σαν να μην έφτασε αυτό πριν κάν κλείσει 2 χρόνια χάλασε εντελώς η ψύξη (δεν έβγαζε καθόλου αέρα) και μετά από λίγο καιρό χωρίς απολύτως κανένα λόγο μας χαλάει και το τηλεχειριστήριο (δεν δουλεύει καθόλου) το οποίο μου είχαν πει από το συνεργείο που μας το εγκατέστησε ότι είναι πάρα πολύ ακριβό.
Για μένα δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά του.
Το προηγούμενο κλιματιστικό που είχα είχε το 1/5 της αξίας του Daikin και μου κράτησε πολύ περισσότερο!
Σε γενικές γραμμές περίμενα πολλά περισσότερα από ένα κλιματιστικό της τάξεως των 3.000€.
Δεν έχω μείνει καθόλου ευχαριστημένος.
Ελπίζω να βοήθησα.
Let me share my experience as well. So, I have bought a total of 2 18,000 BTU air conditioners. It is a very good machine, but with some downsides. Firstly, after 1.5 years, the plastic parts turned yellow in a non-smoking area. Secondly, the internal blinds that distribute the air in the first unit I bought were intact and manufactured in 2020, but in the second unit I bought, manufactured in 2021, the blinds were misaligned. As a result, I had to get them replaced by Daikin Hellas under warranty. However, I faced the same issue with the new blinds. Despite many people claiming that this is a top-notch machine, I found it disappointing to have misaligned blinds. After speaking with Daikin Hellas and explaining the issue, they agreed to replace the entire unit with a new sealed one. Unfortunately, even the new unit, manufactured in 2023, came with worse misaligned blinds. Yes, the machine is good. It's not noisy, but it does make some noise, similar to other top brands but at a lower level. As for the extra features, I haven't tested them yet. The cooling is very good, almost excellent, but I expected better heating in a well-insulated 75 sqm apartment. The external blinds in the first unit were also misaligned and were replaced under warranty. In conclusion, it is a fairly good machine, but with some issues that, in my opinion, should not exist in such a price range air conditioner. I hope I helped some of you. I will purchase a 10-year extended warranty for any possible future issues because the spare parts are expensive in case of damage. However, it must be purchased within 6 months from installation, with a cost of 300€

Δεύτερον οι εσωτερικές περσίδες αυτές που κατανέμουν τον αέρα στο πρώτο μηχάνημα που πήρα ήταν ολόισιες με έτος κατασκευής 2020 το δεύτερο όμως που πήρα με έτος κατασκευής 2021 οι περσίδες ήταν το καλούπι στραβό με αποτέλεσμα
Να γίνει αντικατάσταση από daikin Hellas στο πλαίσιο εγγύησης
Ομως είχα το ίδιο θέμα και με τις νέες περσίδες
Αφού δε δέχτηκα ένα μηχάνημα κορυφής όπως πολλοί αναφέρουν να εχει στραβές περσίδες και αφού μίλησα με daikin Hellas και τους εξήγησα το θέμα με τα πολλά δέχτηκαν να αλλαχθεί το μηχάνημα εξ ολοκλήρου με καινούριο κλειστό σφραγιστο
Δυστυχώς και το νέο με έτος παραγωγής 2023 ήρθε με χειρότερες στραβές περσίδες
Ναι οκ καλό το μηχάνημα
Δε το λες θορυβώδες αλλά και επ ουδενι αθόρυβο κάνει θόρυβο όπως κάνουν και τα αλλά κορυφαίων μάρκων σε πιο χαμηλή στάθμη απλά
Όσον αφορά τις έξτρα λειτουργίες δε τις έχω δοκιμάσει
Ψύξη πολύ καλή έως άριστη θέρμανση περίμενα αρκετά παραπάνω σε διαμέρισμα με πολύ καλή Μονωση 75 τμ καθαρά
Οι εξωτερικές περσίδες επίσης στο πρωτο μηχάνημα ήταν στραβές και αλλαχτήκαν πάλι σε πλαίσιο εγγύησης
Εν κατακλείδι αρκετά καλό μηχάνημα όμως με κάποια θέματα που σε εμένα προέκυψαν που δε δικαιολογούνται να υπάρχουν σε τέτοιας τάξης τιμή κλιματιστικό
Ελπίζω να βοήθησα μερικούς

I bought 2 units for the bedrooms, after months of research, to replace 2 other DAIKIN units that served me well since 2000 without any problems. Both of them are INVERTER and MADE IN JAPAN, inside and out. For me, the quality of construction is very important, and here it is more than satisfactory. The design is innovative, with high-quality plastics, a remote control, and cutting-edge technology. I changed them for additional savings and convenience. I have had them for about a week and I am constantly testing them. Fresh air supply is important to me because often I cannot open a window but still want air renewal. They also have self-cleaning filter programs, so they don't smell like some older machines. They are not cheap by any means, but I believe that in the long run, they will make up for the sacrifice of almost double the price compared to the competition, if there is any.
I should note that I use them 85% for cooling and only 15% for heating. I also have information that the company produces and imports cheaper series from Turkey. Personally, and without offense, I wouldn't spend a penny on anything Turkish, even if it were the best of the best (which it is not), purely for personal reasons.
Soon, I plan to replace 2 12,000 BTU INVERTER units in the living room with new models, but DAIKIN, MITSUBISHI, and TOSHIBA will undergo exams, with the first and best being their MADE IN origin, performance, and of course, the purchase price.
As an example, I mention that in the living room, I am not interested in the luxury of fresh air supply, so URURU SARARA is off the list due to cost, as its capabilities are not needed like in the bedrooms.
Finally, I believe I have helped at least a little.
Αγορασα 2 9αρια για τα υπνοδωματια,μετα απο ερευνες αγορας μηνων,σε αντικατασταση 2 αλλων DAIKIN που με υπηρετουσαν ,απο το 2000,χωρις κανενα προβλημα,.Και εκεινα και αυτα ειναι INVERTER,και MADE IN JAPAN,μεσα-εξω....Για εμενα η ποιοτητα κατασκευης ειναι παρα πολυ σημαντικη,και εδω ειναι παραπανω απο απτη...Σχεδιαση πρωτοποριακη,ποιοτικα πλαστικα,χειριστηριο,τεχνολογια αιχμης!.Τα αλλαξα για επιπλεον οικονομια, και περισσοτερες ευκολιες..Τα εχω περιπου μια εβδομαδα,και τα τεσταρω ασταματητα..Η παροχη φρεσκου αερα,ειναι σημαντικη για εμενα,γιατι πολλες φορες,δεν μπορεις να ανοιξεις παραθυρο,αλλα θελεις ανανεωση αερα..Επισης εχουν προγραμματα αυτοκαθαρισμου φιλτρων,και ετσι δεν μυριζουν,οπως καποια παλαιοτερα μηχανηματα..Δεν ειναι σε καμμια περιπτωση φθηνα,αλλα πιστευω οτι σε βαθος χρονου,θα αποσβεσουν την τωρινη θυσια,της σχεδον διπλασιας τιμης,απο τον οποιο ανταγωνισμο,εαν αυτος υπαρχει...
Να σημειωσω,οτι η χρηση που κανω,ειναι 85% για ψυξη,και μονο 15% για θερμανση.
Επισης εχω την πληροφορια,οτι η εταιρεια φτιαχνει,και εισαγει φθηνοτερες σειρες απο Τουρκια.Προσωπικα εγω,και χωρις παρεξηγηση,δεν θα εδινα ουτε σεντς,για οτιδηποτε Τουρκικο,ακομα και εαν ηταν,η κορυφη των κορυφων(που ουτε καν ειναι...),καθαρα και μονο για λογους αρχης(προσωπικους).
Συντομα προτιθεμαι,να αντικαταστησω και 2 12αρια INVERTER,που εχω στο σαλονι,με νεα μοντελα,αλλα τα υποψηφια DAIKIN,MITSUBISHI,και TOSHIBA,θα περασουν εξετασεις,με πρωτη και καλυτερη.την MADE IN ,προελευση τους,τις επιδοσεις,και φυσικα την τιμη κτησης τους.
Ενδεικτικα αναφερω,οτι στο σαλονι,δεν με ενδιαφερει,η πολυτελεια της παροχης φρεσκου αερα,και κατα συνεπεια,το URURU SARARA,ειναι εκτος λιστας,λογω κοστους,μιας και οι υπερδυνατοτητες του,δεν μου χρειαζονται,οπως στα υπνοδωματια.
Τελος,πιστευω,να βοηθησα εστω,και λιγο.

Ομως είχα το ίδιο θέμα και με τις νέες περσίδες
Αφού δε δέχτηκα ένα μηχάνημα κορυφής όπως πολλοί αναφέρουν να εχει στραβές περσίδες και αφού μίλησα με daikin Hellas και τους εξήγησα το θέμα με τα πολλά δέχτηκαν να αλλαχθεί το μηχάνημα εξ ολοκλήρου με καινούριο κλειστό σφραγιστο
Δυστυχώς και το νέο με έτος παραγωγής 2023 ήρθε με χειρότερες στραβές περσίδες
Ναι οκ καλό το μηχάνημα
Δε το λες θορυβώδες αλλά και επ ουδενι αθόρυβο κάνει θόρυβο όπως κάνουν και τα αλλά κορυφαίων μάρκων σε πιο χαμηλή στάθμη απλά
Όσον αφορά τις έξτρα λειτουργίες δε τις έχω δοκιμάσει
Ψύξη πολύ καλή έως άριστη θέρμανση περίμενα αρκετά παραπάνω σε διαμέρισμα με πολύ καλή Μονωση 75 τμ καθαρά
Οι εξωτερικές περσίδες επίσης στο πρωτο μηχάνημα ήταν στραβές και αλλαχτήκαν πάλι σε πλαίσιο εγγύησης
Εν κατακλείδι αρκετά καλό μηχάνημα όμως με κάποια θέματα που σε εμένα προέκυψαν που δε δικαιολογούνται να υπάρχουν σε τέτοιας τάξης τιμή κλιματιστικό
Ελπίζω να βοήθησα μερικούς

I bought 2 units for the bedrooms, after months of research, to replace 2 other DAIKIN units that served me well since 2000 without any problems. Both of them are INVERTER and MADE IN JAPAN, inside and out. For me, the quality of construction is very important, and here it is more than satisfactory. The design is innovative, with high-quality plastics, a remote control, and cutting-edge technology. I changed them for additional savings and convenience. I have had them for about a week and I am constantly testing them. Fresh air supply is important to me because often I cannot open a window but still want air renewal. They also have self-cleaning filter programs, so they don't smell like some older machines. They are not cheap by any means, but I believe that in the long run, they will make up for the sacrifice of almost double the price compared to the competition, if there is any.
I should note that I use them 85% for cooling and only 15% for heating. I also have information that the company produces and imports cheaper series from Turkey. Personally, and without offense, I wouldn't spend a penny on anything Turkish, even if it were the best of the best (which it is not), purely for personal reasons.
Soon, I plan to replace 2 12,000 BTU INVERTER units in the living room with new models, but DAIKIN, MITSUBISHI, and TOSHIBA will undergo exams, with the first and best being their MADE IN origin, performance, and of course, the purchase price.
As an example, I mention that in the living room, I am not interested in the luxury of fresh air supply, so URURU SARARA is off the list due to cost, as its capabilities are not needed like in the bedrooms.
Finally, I believe I have helped at least a little.
Αγορασα 2 9αρια για τα υπνοδωματια,μετα απο ερευνες αγορας μηνων,σε αντικατασταση 2 αλλων DAIKIN που με υπηρετουσαν ,απο το 2000,χωρις κανενα προβλημα,.Και εκεινα και αυτα ειναι INVERTER,και MADE IN JAPAN,μεσα-εξω....Για εμενα η ποιοτητα κατασκευης ειναι παρα πολυ σημαντικη,και εδω ειναι παραπανω απο απτη...Σχεδιαση πρωτοποριακη,ποιοτικα πλαστικα,χειριστηριο,τεχνολογια αιχμης!.Τα αλλαξα για επιπλεον οικονομια, και περισσοτερες ευκολιες..Τα εχω περιπου μια εβδομαδα,και τα τεσταρω ασταματητα..Η παροχη φρεσκου αερα,ειναι σημαντικη για εμενα,γιατι πολλες φορες,δεν μπορεις να ανοιξεις παραθυρο,αλλα θελεις ανανεωση αερα..Επισης εχουν προγραμματα αυτοκαθαρισμου φιλτρων,και ετσι δεν μυριζουν,οπως καποια παλαιοτερα μηχανηματα..Δεν ειναι σε καμμια περιπτωση φθηνα,αλλα πιστευω οτι σε βαθος χρονου,θα αποσβεσουν την τωρινη θυσια,της σχεδον διπλασιας τιμης,απο τον οποιο ανταγωνισμο,εαν αυτος υπαρχει...
Να σημειωσω,οτι η χρηση που κανω,ειναι 85% για ψυξη,και μονο 15% για θερμανση.
Επισης εχω την πληροφορια,οτι η εταιρεια φτιαχνει,και εισαγει φθηνοτερες σειρες απο Τουρκια.Προσωπικα εγω,και χωρις παρεξηγηση,δεν θα εδινα ουτε σεντς,για οτιδηποτε Τουρκικο,ακομα και εαν ηταν,η κορυφη των κορυφων(που ουτε καν ειναι...),καθαρα και μονο για λογους αρχης(προσωπικους).
Συντομα προτιθεμαι,να αντικαταστησω και 2 12αρια INVERTER,που εχω στο σαλονι,με νεα μοντελα,αλλα τα υποψηφια DAIKIN,MITSUBISHI,και TOSHIBA,θα περασουν εξετασεις,με πρωτη και καλυτερη.την MADE IN ,προελευση τους,τις επιδοσεις,και φυσικα την τιμη κτησης τους.
Ενδεικτικα αναφερω,οτι στο σαλονι,δεν με ενδιαφερει,η πολυτελεια της παροχης φρεσκου αερα,και κατα συνεπεια,το URURU SARARA,ειναι εκτος λιστας,λογω κοστους,μιας και οι υπερδυνατοτητες του,δεν μου χρειαζονται,οπως στα υπνοδωματια.
Τελος,πιστευω,να βοηθησα εστω,και λιγο.

Αρκετά καλό αλλα σχεδόν καμία διαφορά με το 18αρι Sendo που έχω σε μεγαλύτερο χώρο σε άλλο όροφο του σπιτιού και αποδίδει τρελα και είναι εξίσου οικονομικό στη κατανάλωση την οποία έχω μετρήσει και στα δυο με ειδικές πρίζες και ηλεκτρονικό πίνακα στο σπίτι

Its performance is not affected by external conditions.
Performance is superior to its nominal power.
Extremely durable external unit in rain, snow, sun, etc.
No need for refrigerant replenishment.
No need to clean filters. It is done automatically.
It has wifi.
Many possibilities regarding timer/delay/automations.
Reliability.
Ionization/humidification/dehumidification.
Other functions such as fan, ventilation, cool breeze, clothes drying, photocell, etc.
Extremely low power consumption.
Excellent customer support even after many years.
Extremely quiet.
Very good user manual, understandable, complete and in Greek.
Negatives:
After 1.5 years, the plastic parts of the control unit started to turn yellow, even though I clean them simply with a damp cloth.
So, either poor quality or material failure, I don't know.
Unacceptable for a €100 control.
Expensive in the market.
To install 3 units in a house, it costs at least €7,500... not easy at all.
Expensive charcoal filter (change every 2-3 years at €100, yes, one of them!).
Some (not all) functions are unnecessary for the climate of Greece, especially if you live in the wider area of Attica.
The machine is mainly an air conditioner, it does that reliably, with quality and excellently.
Beyond that, it's good that it gives you the ability to do extra things, but if you want intensive and intense execution of functions such as dehumidification or humidification, buy a device that is specifically designed to do only that and serve its purpose excellently.
Daikin has such portable machines that exclusively do ionization, humidification, or dehumidification with excellent results, as does the competitive Winix, which I also highly appreciate.
In any case, these machines are the elite of the company (and not only) and that's why they are very expensive.

Η απόδοση του ΔΕΝ επηρεάζεται από τις εξωτερικές συνθήκες.
Απόδοση ανώτερη της ονομαστικής του ισχύς.
Ιδιαίτερα ανθεκτική εξωτερική μονάδα σε βροχές , χιόνι , ήλιο κτλ.
Δεν απαιτείται αναπλήρωση ψυκτικού.
Δεν απαιτείται καθαρισμός φίλτρων.Εκτελείται αυτόματα.
Διαθέτει wifi.
Πάρα πολλές δυνατότητες όσον αφορά χρονοδιακόπτη/χρόνο καθυστέρηση/αυτοματισμούς.
Αξιοπιστία.
Ιονισμός/ύγρανση/αφύγρανση.
Άλλες λειτουργίες όπως ανεμιστήρας , εξαερισμός , δροσερό αεράκι,στέγνωμα ρούχων , φωτοκύτταρο κτλ.
Εξαιρετικά χαμηλή κατανάλωση ρεύματος.
Εξαιρετική γραμμή υποστήριξης ακόμη και μετά από πολλά χρόνια.
Εξαιρετικά αθόρυβο.
Πολύ καλό εγχειρίδιο χρήσης,κατανοητό,πλήρες και στα Ελληνικά.
Αρνητικά:
Μετά από 1.5 χρόνο άρχισαν να κιτρινίζουν τα πλαστικά μέρη του control unit , παρόλο που τα καθαρίζω απλά με νωπό πανάκι.
Κακή ποιότητα λοιπόν ή αστοχία υλικού,δεν ξέρω.
Απαράδεκτο για 100€ control.
Ακριβό στην αγορά του.
Για να βάλεις 3 μηχανήματα σε ένα σπίτι , σου κοστίζουν τουλάχιστον 7.500€...δεν το λες εύκολο ούτε λίγο.
Ακριβό φίλτρο(μαμά) άνθρακα (κάθε 2-3 χρόνια αλλαγή του στα 100€, ναι το ένα!).
Κάποιες(όχι όλες)λειτουργίες του είναι περιττές για το κλίμα της Ελλάδας ειδικά αν διαμένετε στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Αττικής.
Το μηχάνημα είναι κυρίως κλιματιστικό,αυτό το κάνει αξιόπιστα,ποιοτικά και άριστα.
Από κει και πέρα καλό είναι που σου δίνει την δυνατότητα να κάνεις πραματάκια εξτρά , αλλά
αν θέλετε εντατικά και έντονα την εκτέλεση λειτουργιών όπως πχ της αφύγρανσης ή ύγρανσης, αγοράστε μια συσκευή που προορίζεται να κάνει μόνο αυτό και να υπηρετεί τον σκοπό της άριστα.
Η Dakin διαθέτει τέτοια μηχανήματα φορητά που κάνουν αποκλειστικά ιονισμό , ύγρανση ή αφύγρανση με εξαιρετικά αποτελέσματα όπως και η αντίστοιχη ανταγωνιστική winix που την έχω επίσης σε μεγάλη εκτίμηση.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση τα μηχανήματα αυτά είναι η ελίτ της εταιρείας (και όχι μόνο) και γι'αυτό είναι και πολύ ακριβά.
It is a perfect air conditioner, it does everything on its own, dehumidification, humidification, and many other things. Tested at -23 for heating in northern Bulgaria and +37 for cooling, perfect machine

The flagship of air conditioners. Heating for 1 euro per day in Tripoli and cooling for half! And all this covering even the 120 sqm, especially in cooling! Expensive, but worth it. Amazing air quality. I have no words.
Η ναυαρχίδα των air conditιon. Θέρμανση με 1 ευρω την ημέρα στην Τρίπολη και ψύξη με μισό! Και όλα αυτά καλύπτοντας και τα 120 τμ, ειδικά στην ψύξη! Πανάκριβο, αλλά αποσβένεται. Καταπληκτική ποιότητα ατμόσφαιρας. Δεν έχω λόγια.
It is worth every euro. Quiet, economical, very good air quality, very good cooling and heating. It is an amazing machine with perfect air quality, tremendous performance, and many control options. And MADE IN JAPAN !!!
Αξίζει το κάθε ευρώ του. Αθόρυβο, οικονομικό,πολύ καλή ποιότητα αέρα, πολύ καλή ψύξη θέρμανση. Είναι ένα καταπληκτικό μηχάνημα με τέλεια ποιότητα αέρα, με τρομερές αποδόσεις, με πολλές δυνατότητες στο control του. Και MADE IN JAPAN !!!
I have it for 14 months, excellent electricity saving during dehumidification. I don't use the humidification function. Top-notch and almost the only one from Japan!!! In the 18 months, the entire blind mechanism was replaced because they didn't close properly. In about 6 years, the door from the remote control doesn't close properly in the body's notches, resulting in the buttons on the front side not being pressed and not accepting commands many times.
Το έχω 14 μηνες,εξαιρετική οικονομία στο ρεύμα την εφυγρανση-αφυγρανση δεν της κάνω χρηση.κορυφαίο και το μοναδικό σχεδον japan!!! Στους 18 μηνες αλλάχτηκε Ολος ο μηχανισμός περσίδων διότι δεν έκλειναν σωστα.Στα 6 χρόνια περίπου το πορτάκι από το τηλεκοντρόλ δεν κλείνει σωστά στις εγκοπές του σώματος με αποτέλεσμα τα κουμπιά στην μπροστινή πλευρά του να μην πατιούνται και να μην δέχεται εντολές πολλές φορές.
The product is EXCELLENT.
It is MADE IN JAPAN and that says it all.
It has a sturdy remote control and many functions.
It brings fresh air from outside with its special construction.
The outdoor unit of 9,000 btu weighs 58 kg while my previous toyotomi (Made in China) was only 27!
That says it all. The indoor unit is very sturdy.
If you have the opportunity, get it, even in installments.
It will reward you.
If you just want an air conditioner to blow, get a cheap Chinese one...
If you have demands, get DAIKIN MADE IN JAPAN.
Update: The more I use it, the more I love it. In heating, it is dynamite. Once it reaches temperature, the compressor slows down and maintains the space with just 180W!
The outdoor unit is barely even heard.

Η εξωτερική μονάδα των 9,000 btu είναι 58 κιλά ενώ του προηγούμενου toyotomi που είχα (Μade in China) ήταν μόλις 27!
Αυτό τα λέει όλα. Η εσωτερική μονάδα πολύ στιβαρή.
Αν έχετε τη δυνατότητα, πάρτε το, έστω με δόσεις.
Θα σας ανταμείψει.
Αν θέλετε απλά ένα κλιματιστικό να φυσάει, πάρτε κανά φθηνό κινέζικο...
Αν έχετε απαιτήσεις, πάρτε DAIKIN MADE IN JAPAN.
Update: Όσο το χρησιμοποιώ τόσο το λατρεύω. Στη θέρμανση είναι δυναμίτης. Αφού πιάσει θερμοκρασία, κατεβάζει στροφές ο συμπιεστής και συντηρεί το χώρο με μόλις 180W!
Η εξωτερική μονάδα ούτε καν ακούγεται.

I would like to share my experience with this particular air conditioner.
I bought the 18,000 BTU model in November 2020.
The installation company told me that for at least 2 years, I wouldn't need any maintenance or filter cleaning on my part.
As soon as the 2 years were about to end, they told me to call them for cleaning.
Much before the 2 years were up, around 1 year and something, it started giving me problems, especially with cooling.
It didn't produce any cold air at all, and many times it would stop working on its own.
Luckily, I didn't have any issues with heating.
It's as if it didn't even reach the 2-year mark before completely breaking down in terms of cooling (no air at all), and after a while, for absolutely no reason, the remote control also stopped working (not functioning at all), which the installation company had told us was very expensive.
For me, it wasn't worth the money.
The previous air conditioner I had, which was worth only 1/5 of the Daikin, lasted much longer!
Overall, I expected much more from an air conditioner in the price range of €3,000.
I am not satisfied at all.

Να μοιραστώ και εγώ την εμπειρία μου για το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό.
Αγόρασα το 18άρι τον Νοέμβριο του 2020.
Μου είπε το συνεργείο που το εγκατέστησε ότι για τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια δεν χρειάζεται καμμία συντήρηση ή καθαρισμό των φίλτρων απο μεριά μου.
Με το που θα έκλεινε τα 2 χρόνια μου είπαν να τους καλέσω για καθαρισμό.
Πολύ πριν κλείσει τα 2 χρόνια δηλαδή στον 1 χρόνο και κάτι, άρχισε να μου βγάζει προβλήματα ειδικά με την ψύξη.
Δεν έβγαζε καθόλου ψυχρό αέρα και πολλές φορές σταματούσε από μόνο του χωρίς να λειτουργεί.
Με την θέρμανση ευτυχώς δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα.
Σαν να μην έφτασε αυτό πριν κάν κλείσει 2 χρόνια χάλασε εντελώς η ψύξη (δεν έβγαζε καθόλου αέρα) και μετά από λίγο καιρό χωρίς απολύτως κανένα λόγο μας χαλάει και το τηλεχειριστήριο (δεν δουλεύει καθόλου) το οποίο μου είχαν πει από το συνεργείο που μας το εγκατέστησε ότι είναι πάρα πολύ ακριβό.
Για μένα δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά του.
Το προηγούμενο κλιματιστικό που είχα είχε το 1/5 της αξίας του Daikin και μου κράτησε πολύ περισσότερο!
Σε γενικές γραμμές περίμενα πολλά περισσότερα από ένα κλιματιστικό της τάξεως των 3.000€.
Δεν έχω μείνει καθόλου ευχαριστημένος.

Let me share my experience as well. So, I have bought a total of 2 18,000 BTU air conditioners. It is a very good machine, but with some downsides. Firstly, after 1.5 years, the plastic parts turned yellow in a non-smoking area. Secondly, the internal blinds that distribute the air in the first unit I bought were intact and manufactured in 2020, but in the second unit I bought, manufactured in 2021, the blinds were misaligned. As a result, I had to get them replaced by Daikin Hellas under warranty. However, I faced the same issue with the new blinds. Despite many people claiming that this is a top-notch machine, I found it disappointing to have misaligned blinds. After speaking with Daikin Hellas and explaining the issue, they agreed to replace the entire unit with a new sealed one. Unfortunately, even the new unit, manufactured in 2023, came with worse misaligned blinds. Yes, the machine is good. It's not noisy, but it does make some noise, similar to other top brands but at a lower level. As for the extra features, I haven't tested them yet. The cooling is very good, almost excellent, but I expected better heating in a well-insulated 75 sqm apartment. The external blinds in the first unit were also misaligned and were replaced under warranty. In conclusion, it is a fairly good machine, but with some issues that, in my opinion, should not exist in such a price range air conditioner. I hope I helped some of you. I will purchase a 10-year extended warranty for any possible future issues because the spare parts are expensive in case of damage. However, it must be purchased within 6 months from installation, with a cost of 300€

Αγορασα 2 9αρια για τα υπνοδωματια,μετα απο ερευνες αγορας μηνων,σε αντικατασταση 2 αλλων DAIKIN που με υπηρετουσαν ,απο το 2000,χωρις κανενα προβλημα,.Και εκεινα και αυτα ειναι INVERTER,και MADE IN JAPAN,μεσα-εξω....Για εμενα η ποιοτητα κατασκευης ειναι παρα πολυ σημαντικη,και εδω ειναι παραπανω απο απτη...Σχεδιαση πρωτοποριακη,ποιοτικα πλαστικα,χειριστηριο,τεχνολογια αιχμης!.Τα αλλαξα για επιπλεον οικονομια, και περισσοτερες ευκολιες..Τα εχω περιπου μια εβδομαδα,και τα τεσταρω ασταματητα..Η παροχη φρεσκου αερα,ειναι σημαντικη για εμενα,γιατι πολλες φορες,δεν μπορεις να ανοιξεις παραθυρο,αλλα θελεις ανανεωση αερα..Επισης εχουν προγραμματα αυτοκαθαρισμου φιλτρων,και ετσι δεν μυριζουν,οπως καποια παλαιοτερα μηχανηματα..Δεν ειναι σε καμμια περιπτωση φθηνα,αλλα πιστευω οτι σε βαθος χρονου,θα αποσβεσουν την τωρινη θυσια,της σχεδον διπλασιας τιμης,απο τον οποιο ανταγωνισμο,εαν αυτος υπαρχει...
Να σημειωσω,οτι η χρηση που κανω,ειναι 85% για ψυξη,και μονο 15% για θερμανση.
Επισης εχω την πληροφορια,οτι η εταιρεια φτιαχνει,και εισαγει φθηνοτερες σειρες απο Τουρκια.Προσωπικα εγω,και χωρις παρεξηγηση,δεν θα εδινα ουτε σεντς,για οτιδηποτε Τουρκικο,ακομα και εαν ηταν,η κορυφη των κορυφων(που ουτε καν ειναι...),καθαρα και μονο για λογους αρχης(προσωπικους).
Συντομα προτιθεμαι,να αντικαταστησω και 2 12αρια INVERTER,που εχω στο σαλονι,με νεα μοντελα,αλλα τα υποψηφια DAIKIN,MITSUBISHI,και TOSHIBA,θα περασουν εξετασεις,με πρωτη και καλυτερη.την MADE IN ,προελευση τους,τις επιδοσεις,και φυσικα την τιμη κτησης τους.
Ενδεικτικα αναφερω,οτι στο σαλονι,δεν με ενδιαφερει,η πολυτελεια της παροχης φρεσκου αερα,και κατα συνεπεια,το URURU SARARA,ειναι εκτος λιστας,λογω κοστους,μιας και οι υπερδυνατοτητες του,δεν μου χρειαζονται,οπως στα υπνοδωματια.
