Good adhesion of the print to the printing surface is essential in 3D printing! If you want to keep your object stable during printing and avoid warping, use 3Dlac 100ml.

3Dlac 100ml is a new aerosol spray-glue for 3D printers with a heated printing surface, which prevents warping of large objects. When the surface is heated above 60°C, the spray provides strong adhesion between the first layer and the print bed. Printed objects can be easily removed because 3Dlac 100ml becomes inactive below 60°C.
3Dlac 100ml – Fixative spray provides strong adhesion between plastic and glass, which breaks easily when needed. The spray is fully water-soluble, making cleaning the printing surface an easy process.

Different printing surface temperatures offer different levels of adhesion:

Below 60°C: no adhesion, objects can be easily removed.

60 – 75°C: moderate adhesion, for simple geometries.

75 – 95°C: high adhesion, for complex geometries and long prints.

Above 95°C: very high adhesion, for intricate geometries and very large prints.

Instructions for use of 3Dlac 100ml:

• Clean the printing surface of your 3D printer.

• Make sure the printing surface temperature is below 50°C.

• Spray 3Dlac 100ml onto the surface (in a well-ventilated area).

• Heat the printing surface and start printing.

• After printing, wait for the printing surface to cool down.

• The printed object will detach easily.
