Author Biography - Auguste Corteau

August Korto, known as Petros Chatzopoulos, was born in 1979 in Thessaloniki. He has published works in various literary genres: short stories, novels, poems, novellas, critiques, and children's books.

Published by Patakis Editions are:

  • Novels such as The Book of Katerina (2013), Rena (2017), Jerry (2023), and others.

  • Humorous sketches like Eros Anikate Masan (2015), Fire on Saturday Evenings (2018).

  • The testimonial The Best Worst Day of Your Life (2020).

  • The sex comedy Sex on the 30th of February (2025)

    Everything is fine until page 39, which clearly promotes homosexuality in a provocative way. It could have been titled "The Story of Two Homosexuals and a Dog." Everyone can do whatever they want in this life, but it should not be portrayed as ideal, behind the image of a dog that anyone expects to read its story. In my opinion, do not buy it. I wonder how it was published...
