    It worked the one time we turned it on for testing, and since it wasn’t in a room where there was a serious heating problem, we didn’t use it. This winter we turned it on and it wasn’t working; on heat it would turn itself on and off! Since the room was also being heated by another air conditioner, we left it. In the summer we turn it on again and it doesn’t even cool!!!! It must have worked for 3 hours total! The warranty says that for it to be valid you have to do annual service starting from the second year.. My worst purchase so far! Stay away!!!

    I don't know about the MAXCLIMA, but I, who bought 2 9000 BTU and 2 12000 BTU SUPERCLIMA, deeply regret it.

    For the 2 9, I have changed the boards inside-out for one once and it hasn't been a year yet, while for the other 9, I have changed the boards inside-out 2 times and I have had it for just over 13 months. Fortunately, the 12s have escaped for now.

    The seller at the big store where I bought them, I will just say that he took me for a ride and unfortunately now I have become close with the technicians from Juropro who are at least very helpful and polite.

    From me, stay away, unless I am so unlucky to have fallen into a defective batch. But even if I did fall into a defective batch, it is not possible that I have changed at least 2 boards in one of them.

    Get from another company and even if you have to pay 200-300 EUROS more. At least you will have peace of mind.

    Whatever I say is not enough. I was between this and an inventor, and the -let's not call him that- salesman from Praktiker convinced me to take this one because he said it has better aftersale service.

    After a few months of use, it burned out the circuit board, but that wasn't the issue.

    The service from Athens sent me an unbelievable technician who, under the pretext that the outdoor unit was high at 2m (can you believe it?), said that we need to bring those who installed it to lower it, so he could come and fix it and then they would raise it again.

    In the end, I paid a fortune to have them come and lower it so that the Juro Pro technician would find it ready (because he was a contractor and didn't want to deal with it further).

    I complained to the headquarters in Thessaloniki, but it was in vain since they told me that your job was done, what are you complaining about.

    In conclusion, STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!!!!

    I recently bought it and it has only worked for heating. It makes minimal noise inside the house, not at all annoying for my standards, so it probably won't bother other buyers either unless they are aiming for something completely silent. The outdoor unit is also barely audible. I have it in a single space of about 35 sqm and it has very good performance, heating up very quickly despite the fact that the space is not well insulated. The build quality seems very good to me and its appearance as well. I don't give it 5 stars yet because I am waiting to see the power consumption and I will come back with an update. Overall, I am very satisfied for now.

    It worked the one time we turned it on for testing, and since it wasn’t in a room where there was a serious heating problem, we didn’t use it. This winter we turned it on and it wasn’t working; on heat it would turn itself on and off! Since the room was also being heated by another air conditioner, we left it. In the summer we turn it on again and it doesn’t even cool!!!! It must have worked for 3 hours total! The warranty says that for it to be valid you have to do annual service starting from the second year.. My worst purchase so far! Stay away!!!

    I don't know about the MAXCLIMA, but I, who bought 2 9000 BTU and 2 12000 BTU SUPERCLIMA, deeply regret it.

    For the 2 9, I have changed the boards inside-out for one once and it hasn't been a year yet, while for the other 9, I have changed the boards inside-out 2 times and I have had it for just over 13 months. Fortunately, the 12s have escaped for now.

    The seller at the big store where I bought them, I will just say that he took me for a ride and unfortunately now I have become close with the technicians from Juropro who are at least very helpful and polite.

    From me, stay away, unless I am so unlucky to have fallen into a defective batch. But even if I did fall into a defective batch, it is not possible that I have changed at least 2 boards in one of them.

    Get from another company and even if you have to pay 200-300 EUROS more. At least you will have peace of mind.

    Whatever I say is not enough. I was between this and an inventor, and the -let's not call him that- salesman from Praktiker convinced me to take this one because he said it has better aftersale service.

    After a few months of use, it burned out the circuit board, but that wasn't the issue.

    The service from Athens sent me an unbelievable technician who, under the pretext that the outdoor unit was high at 2m (can you believe it?), said that we need to bring those who installed it to lower it, so he could come and fix it and then they would raise it again.

    In the end, I paid a fortune to have them come and lower it so that the Juro Pro technician would find it ready (because he was a contractor and didn't want to deal with it further).

    I complained to the headquarters in Thessaloniki, but it was in vain since they told me that your job was done, what are you complaining about.

    In conclusion, STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!!!!

    I recently bought it and it has only worked for heating. It makes minimal noise inside the house, not at all annoying for my standards, so it probably won't bother other buyers either unless they are aiming for something completely silent. The outdoor unit is also barely audible. I have it in a single space of about 35 sqm and it has very good performance, heating up very quickly despite the fact that the space is not well insulated. The build quality seems very good to me and its appearance as well. I don't give it 5 stars yet because I am waiting to see the power consumption and I will come back with an update. Overall, I am very satisfied for now.
