Mixing Ratio 1:2. Mix 1 part SERI BLONDE EFFECTS powder with 2 parts FARCOM PROFESSIONAL CREAM DEVELOPER in a non-metallic bowl and apply to unwashed hair. Wait until the desired lightening level is achieved (maximum recommended waiting time: 45 minutes). Rinse with lukewarm water and wash your hair with SERI EXPERTS ASSIST shampoo after technical work. The lower the strength of the oxidizing cream in the mixture, the gentler the lightening process. The final result depends on the degrees of the CREAM DEVELOPER, color, hair quality, and waiting time.
