    The worst I have ever had. The software is pathetic. I can't organize my music properly. It has a switch to turn it on and off, but if I forget to turn it off, the battery dies after a while. The screen is terrible and I can't see anything if it's daytime.

    Unacceptable product. It does not play MP4 and to charge it you have to keep the charger cable at an angle so that the pins make contact. In the end, the pins came off and charging stopped completely. Also, an acquaintance has the same product and has the same charging problem. Basically, wasted money
