    It helps me, I have been using it for about two years. At some point I had run out and switched to another cream that I can easily find at pharmacies and pimples started appearing. I went back to Keralise and my face recovered. I guess it also depends on what suits each person.

    my Dermatologist gave it to me to treat cystic pimple but it does absolutely nothing, very bad and it doesn't ever absorb it leaves your skin with white grease
