To use it, remove the colored cap and hold the test in the urine stream for at least 10 seconds. Read the result after 3–5 minutes, once the control line C appears. The test is invalid if the control line does not appear within 5 minutes.

  • Positive result interpretation: The test line T is as dark as or darker than the control line C
  • Negative result interpretation: The test line T is absent or lighter than the control line C
