Careful and meticulous packaging, immediate synchronization with the receiver according to the included instructions

I bought the remote control about a week ago from the store that collaborates with Skroutz, and compared to the previous two that I had purchased from the manufacturing company, this one synchronized with the receiver without freezing or losing connection, as was happening with the other two. It even opens the garage door from a distance of 60m, while before I had to stand right next to the receiver every time I used the other two. When I contacted the company for help with the connection, their response was that they are not salespeople but programmers, and I wonder how they can create something that they supply to the market but are not capable of assisting a customer with a question!! Nevertheless, the salespeople at the stores are more reliable, as they only needed to tell me that for the proper connection, the transmitter and receiver need to operate on the same frequency. It turned out to be so simple for a salesperson and so difficult for a programmer.
