I have had it for about 2 years. It is a reliable phone. On the downside: after one year, something happened to the headphone jack, but I didn't bother because I got wireless headphones. Also, it often gets very hot. Additionally, in rural areas it struggles to get a signal; I was in the city of Serres and 50-70 times a day it would display the message "Welcome to Vodafone"

Very poor software support. The upgrade to the next operating system essentially does not offer many new features. Except for the main camera, the others are just for show. The screen is good but the brightness for Greece is average.
Πολύ κακή υποστήριξη λογισμικού. Η αναβάθμιση στο επόμενο λειτουργικό ουσιαστικά δεν προσφέρει πολλές νέες δυνατότητες. Με εξαίρεση την κύρια κάμερα οι άλλες είναι ντεκόρ. Η οθόνη είναι καλή αλλά η φωτεινότητα για Ελλάδα είναι μέτρια.

It never worked as it should. Initially, I didn't pay attention, I took it and went straight for a month of camping. Unfortunately, I was struggling, it barely picked up signal or Wi-Fi almost anywhere - in contrast to my friends' phones, which worked perfectly. Unfortunately, I lost the two-week free replacement due to the trip, plus I damaged it during the vacation and therefore I wasn't entitled to any kind of compensation. Overall terrible, I wasted a lot of money that I didn't have, huge disappointment. Also, this is the second Xiaomi product in a row that was an absolute disappointment, personally, I will never buy anything from this brand again.
Δε λειτουργησε ποτε οπως επρεπε. Αρχικα δεν εδωσα σημασια, το πηρα και εφυγα κατευθειαν εναν μηνα καμπινγκ. Δυστυχως έφτυσα αιμα, δεν επιανε σημα ή wifi σχεδον ποτε σχεδον οπουδηποτε -σε αντιθεση με τα κινητα των φιλων μου, που λειτουργουσαν μια χαρα. Δυστυχως, εχασα το διβδομαδο δωρεαν αντικαταστασης λογω της εκδρομης, συν ότι το χτυπησα στη διαρκεια των διακοπων και επομενως δε δικαιουμουν κανενος ειδους αποζημιωση. Γενικα χαλια, πεταξα απειρα λεφτα που δεν ειχα, μεγαλη απογοητευση. Επισης, ειναι το δευτερο στη σειρα Xiaomi που ηταν απολυτη απογοητευση, προσωπικα δε θα ξαναγορασω τιποτα απο αυτη τη μαρκα.

I see all these negative comments and I can't believe it. I don't know what the problem is, but I have exactly the opposite opinion. It's the best phone I've ever had. First of all, it has an amazing screen, among the best cameras and videos as well. It hasn't frozen even once. Not once has it done anything weird, no overheating, no app freezing, nothing ever.
The battery lasts a day with moderate to heavy use. However, it charges incredibly fast, and that's very convenient.
Aesthetically, it's a wonderful phone, premium category. Well done, Xiaomi.

Καταρχήν έχει εκπληκτική οθόνη, από τις καλύτερες κάμερες και βίντεο επίσης. Δεν έχει κολλήσει ούτε μια φορά. Ούτε μια φορά να κάνει κάτι περίεργο, μια υπερθέρμανση, να κολλήσει μια εφαρμογή, τίποτα ποτέ.
Η μπαταρία του κρατάει μια μέρα με μέτρια ως αρκετή χρήση. Φορτίζει όμως τρομερά γρήγορα και αυτό είναι πολύ βολικό.
Εμφανισιακά είναι υπέροχο κινητό, premium κατηγορίας. Μπράβο xiaomi.
I would be relatively satisfied if it didn't have a terrible connection problem. If you find yourself in a village, you won't catch any data at all. Summer in Zagori villages and a week ago in Agoriani, my husband's Xiaomi that cost 80 euros had a strong signal, and I had to turn mine off so it wouldn't drive me crazy every few minutes with the "welcome to Vodafone" sound. Θα ήμουν σχετικά ικανοποιημένη αν δεν είχε τρομερό πρόβλημα με τη σύνδεση. Αν βρεθείς σε κάποιο χωριό δεν πρόκειται να πιάσεις δεδομένα με τίποτα. Καλοκαίρι στα Ζαγοροχώρια και πριν από μία εβδομάδα στην Αγόριανη το Xiaomi του συζύγου των 80 ευρώ έπιανε καμπάνα και το δικό μου αναγκάστηκα να το κλείσω για να μην μου σπάει τα νεύρα κάθε τρεις και λίγο το ηχητικό με το "καλώς ήρθατε στη Vodafone". Με το που έπιανε σήμα το έχανε πάλι στο λεπτό και ξανά μανά. Και για να σας προλάβω με το σύζυγό έχουμε οικογενειακό πακέτο και άρα τον ίδιο πάροχο!!

Definitely a good budget phone, but if you want a camera, you shouldn't get it. It's fast and everything except for the battery life, which is not so satisfactory. Honest phone, I haven't encountered issues with the network card. It is not a flagship competitor in any way, but for its price, it is a good phone. The most significant negative is that its battery does not have the same power as the Redmi Note 9 Pro, for example, but it is reasonable when you consider all the extra features it has and the more powerful screen that requires a bit more power. In any case, it somewhat balances out with the very fast charging.
Τίμιο τηλέφωνο, δεν εχω αντιμετωπίσει τα θεματα με την καρτα δικτύου. Δεν ειναι ανταγωνιστής ναυαρχίδων σε καμία περίπτωση, αλλα για τα χρήματα του ειναι ενα καλο τηλέφωνο.
Το πιο εντονο αρνητικό ειναι οτι η μπαταρία του δεν εχει την ιδια δύναμη με του Redmi Note 9 Pro πχ αλλα ειναι λογικό αν σκεφτείς ολες τις εξτρα λειτουργίες που εχει και την πιο δυνατή οθόνη που χρειάζεται παραπάνο ρευμα. Πάντως σε καθε περίπτωση το ισορροπεί κάπως με την πολύ γρήγορη φόρτιση.
Second and last time I shop from this Chinese trash company. The first one (redmi) fell from a bench and the whole screen broke from a height of 30 cm. So, I bought it because it has a good camera for the money I paid, but overall, with the issues it has, it's garbage. Let's list them. The battery is bad, it drains very quickly. The signal gets lost, resulting in my calls being interrupted, people not being able to call me, and then I receive the calls as messages, and my data gets disconnected when I'm surfing. Also, with wifi, it has issues again, the ping keeps going up and it disconnects for a second, which is annoying when playing online games. I tried other devices and they worked fine, so it's an issue here. Generally, it has incredible connectivity issues and from what I read, there are faulty batches. Although the phone generally runs fast, at some point when I play games it starts lagging out of nowhere with fps drops. The software is bad.

(redmi) μου επεσε απο ενα παγκακι και εσπασε ολη η οθονη απο υψος 30 εκ.Λοιπον Το αγόρασα γιατί έχει καλή κάμερα για τα λεφτά που έδωσα αλλά είναι για πέταμα συνολικά με τα θέματα που εχει.Έχουμε και λέμε . H μπαταρία κακη,πεφτει πολυ γρηγορα.Το σήμα χάνεται με αποτέλεσμα να μου διακόπτει τις κλήσεις,να μην μπορούν να με καλέσουν και να μου έρχονται μετά σε μύνημα οι κλήσεις και να μου κάνει διακοπή στα δεδομένα όταν σερφάρω.Επισης στο wifi παλι εχει θεματα μου ανεβαζει συνεχεια ping και κανει αποσυνδεσεις του δευτερολεπτου πραγμα που ειναι σπαστικο οταν παιζεις ονλαιν games .Δοκιμασα και αλλες συσκευες κομπλε αρα και εκει θεμα.Γενικα με την συνδεσιμοτητα εχει απιστευτα θεματα και απο οτι διαβαζω παιζουν ελλατωματικες παρτιδες.Ενω γενικά τρέχει γρήγορα το τηλέφωνο σε κάποια φάση όταν παίζω παιχνίδια αρχίζει να κολλάει στα καλά καθούμενα fps drop.Tο λογισμικό είναι κακό.

The device being reviewed is the Redmi Note 12 Pro (6GB/12GB) Polar White. I bought the device two weeks ago despite being skeptical about some negative comments I read here. Starting with the price, I find it quite competitive for the category of the device. The battery life with reasonable use is one and a half days. The Bluetooth connection works without any problems (although after the Android 14 update, the app may need a data clear and restart). The connection to the 5G network and the audio quality are excellent. The RAM memory after the latest Android 14 upgrade expands to 2, 4, or 6GB depending on your preference. The use of the device outdoors in sunlight is very good. The processor speed is high, as is the screen resolution. In conclusion, the only thing that should concern you about purchasing it is the upcoming updates; the phone's version is from 2022, and the Xiaomi update seems to last until Android 14.
Η συσκευή που αφορά η αξιολόγηση είναι η redmi note 12 pro (6gb/12gb) polar white. Αγόρασα την συσκευή πριν 2 εβδομάδες παρόλο που ήμουν σκεπτικός για κάποια αρνητικά σχόλια που διάβασα εδώ. Ξεκινώντας από την τιμή , θεωρώ ότι είναι αρκετά ανταγωνιστική για την κατηγορία της συσκευής. Η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας με λογική χρήση είναι μιάμιση μέρα. Η σύνδεση του Bluetooth χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα (αν και μετά το update Android 14 μπορεί η εφαρμογή να χρειαστεί μια εκκαθάριση δεδομένων και επανεκκίνηση). Η σύνδεση στο δίκτυο 5g και η ακρόαση εξαιρετική.
Η μνήμη ram μετά την τελευταία αναβάθμιση android 14 επεκτείνεται 2,4,6gb ανάλογα με την προτίμηση σας.
Η χρήση της συσκευής σε εξωτερικό χώρο με ήλιο είναι πολύ καλή.
Η ταχύτητα του επεξεργαστή σε ψηλό επίπεδο όπως και η ανάλυση της οθόνης . Κλείνοντας,το μόνο που θα πρέπει να σας προβληματίσει για την αγορά του είναι οι επερχόμενες αναβαθμίσεις , η έκδοση του κινητού είναι το 2022 και η το update της Xiaomi φαίνεται να διαρκέσει μέχρι το android 14.
It freezes already and I haven't even had it for a while. After 3 Xiaomi phones, I can say that I won't buy again, not at all future proof and the previous ones (redmi note 4,7) froze over time.

2 main problems for which I regret the purchase.
First, the battery drains in 4 hours if you use it (I'm not talking about games, I mean phone calls, browsing, etc.) which for me, as my job involves a lot of phone use, makes the phone useless.
Second, it has no signal at all; the area where I live is generally problematic, but I've never had such a big issue, dropping calls while I'm talking to a client as if I entered the subway, or not getting any signal at all while other phones with the same carrier do.
Overall, I made a completely wrong purchase; the phone runs well and has a good camera, etc., but these 2 important functions are worthless.
2 βασικά προβλήματα για τα οποία μετάνιωσα την αγορά.
πρώτον η μπαταρία αδειάζει σε 4 ώρες αν του κάνεις χρήση (δε μιλάω για παιχνίδια, εννοώ τηλέφωνα σερφαρισμα κλπ) που για μένα που η δουλειά μου έχει πολύ τηλέφωνο το κινητό είναι για τα σκουπίδια.
δεύτερον δε πιάνει σήμα με τίποτα, η περιοχή που μένω είναι γενικά προβληματικη αλλά ποτέ δεν είχα τόσο μεγάλο πρόβλημα, να κλείνει στο έτσι ενώ μιλάω με πελάτη λες και μπήκα στο μετρό η να μην πιάνει καν τηλέφωνο ενώ άλλα κινητά με ίδια τηλεφωνική εταιρία πιάνουν.
γενικά έκανα τελείως λάθος αγορά, το κινητό τρέχει και έχει καλή κάμερα κλπ αλλά αυτές οι 2 σημαντικές λειτουργίες είναι για τα σκουπίδια.
update: after 2 years it has a HUGE problem with the signal, meaning data and calls. DO NOT BUY IT NOW
2nd update: at some point it got fixed and since then it works just fine + it has fallen countless times and doesn't even have a scratch

Purchased in September 2023, within less than a month it started losing signal, calls were coming as messages, etc. I put the SIM card in my old phone and due to negligence, the phone went for service in January. They changed the charging board and there was no discussion about replacement. Again, due to negligence, I started using it in March where within a week it did the same thing again. I was slow to take it to service because I didn't want to go through the same process. I finally took it in July where they changed the charging board again, and sent it back to us in a package. Now I started using it immediately and in less than 1 week it ended up in service once again. Once again, they did not contact me, even though I requested it. The phone comes back repaired again. I hope I didn't throw 220€ in the trash and that it will be replaced
Αγοράστηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023, σε λιγότερο από ένα μήνα άρχισε να χάνει το σήμα, να έρχονται οι κλήσεις σε μνμ κλπ. Έβαλα την κάρτα στο παλιό κινητό μου και από αμέλεια το τηλέφωνο πήγε στο service τον Ιανουάριο. Άλλαξαν πλακέτα φόρτισης και ούτε συζήτηση για αντικατάσταση. Ξανά από αμέλεια άρχισα να το χρησιμοποιώ τον Μάρτη όπου μέσα σε μια εβδομάδα έκανε ξανά τα ίδια. Άργησα να το πάω στο service γιατί δεν ήθελα να περάσω την ίδια διαδικασία. Το πήγα τελικά Ιούλιο όπου άλλαξαν ξανά πλακέτα φόρτισης, κ μας το έστειλαν πακέτο. Τώρα ξεκίνησα να το χρησιμοποιήσω αμέσως και σε λιγότερο από 1 εβδομάδα κατέληξε για άλλη μια φορά στο service. Για μια ακόμη φορά δεν επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου, παρότι το ζήτησα. Το κινητό έρχεται επισκευασμένο ξανά. Ελπίζω να μην πέταξα στα σκουπίδια 220€ και να γίνει αντικατάσταση

αντικειμενικά θα μιλήσω τα κινητά μου τα τελευταία 7 χρόνια είναι xiaomi , το μόνο που δεν είμαι ικανοποιημένος είναι το συγκεκριμένο κινητό επειδή χάνει το σήμα των δεδομένων συνέχεια χωρίς λόγο και επανέρχεται μετά από 5 δευτερόλεπτα περίπου. Κολλάει που και που έτσι στα ξεκαρφωτα και φτιάχνει μετά από λίγο . Με βάση χαρακτηριστικών του κινητού θα ήταν value for money αλλά με βάση εμπειρίας σας προτείνω να μη το αγοράσετε δεν αξίζει ( προηγούμενα κινητά ήταν το note 8 pro και το 10 pro πολύ καλά κινητά για την εποχή τους )

I don't know what you all are saying in the comments. My calls are amazing, the camera is simply incredible, the speaker is perfect with Dolby Atmos. Just think, the radio in the car is broken and we use my phone. Amazing. I will buy it for my girlfriend too. Xiaomi never disappoints me.

It never worked as it should. Initially, I didn't pay attention, I took it and went straight for a month of camping. Unfortunately, I was struggling, it barely picked up signal or Wi-Fi almost anywhere - in contrast to my friends' phones, which worked perfectly. Unfortunately, I lost the two-week free replacement due to the trip, plus I damaged it during the vacation and therefore I wasn't entitled to any kind of compensation. Overall terrible, I wasted a lot of money that I didn't have, huge disappointment. Also, this is the second Xiaomi product in a row that was an absolute disappointment, personally, I will never buy anything from this brand again.
Δε λειτουργησε ποτε οπως επρεπε. Αρχικα δεν εδωσα σημασια, το πηρα και εφυγα κατευθειαν εναν μηνα καμπινγκ. Δυστυχως έφτυσα αιμα, δεν επιανε σημα ή wifi σχεδον ποτε σχεδον οπουδηποτε -σε αντιθεση με τα κινητα των φιλων μου, που λειτουργουσαν μια χαρα. Δυστυχως, εχασα το διβδομαδο δωρεαν αντικαταστασης λογω της εκδρομης, συν ότι το χτυπησα στη διαρκεια των διακοπων και επομενως δε δικαιουμουν κανενος ειδους αποζημιωση. Γενικα χαλια, πεταξα απειρα λεφτα που δεν ειχα, μεγαλη απογοητευση. Επισης, ειναι το δευτερο στη σειρα Xiaomi που ηταν απολυτη απογοητευση, προσωπικα δε θα ξαναγορασω τιποτα απο αυτη τη μαρκα.

I see all these negative comments and I can't believe it. I don't know what the problem is, but I have exactly the opposite opinion. It's the best phone I've ever had. First of all, it has an amazing screen, among the best cameras and videos as well. It hasn't frozen even once. Not once has it done anything weird, no overheating, no app freezing, nothing ever.
The battery lasts a day with moderate to heavy use. However, it charges incredibly fast, and that's very convenient.
Aesthetically, it's a wonderful phone, premium category. Well done, Xiaomi.

Καταρχήν έχει εκπληκτική οθόνη, από τις καλύτερες κάμερες και βίντεο επίσης. Δεν έχει κολλήσει ούτε μια φορά. Ούτε μια φορά να κάνει κάτι περίεργο, μια υπερθέρμανση, να κολλήσει μια εφαρμογή, τίποτα ποτέ.
Η μπαταρία του κρατάει μια μέρα με μέτρια ως αρκετή χρήση. Φορτίζει όμως τρομερά γρήγορα και αυτό είναι πολύ βολικό.

I would be relatively satisfied if it didn't have a terrible connection problem. If you find yourself in a village, you won't catch any data at all. Summer in Zagori villages and a week ago in Agoriani, my husband's Xiaomi that cost 80 euros had a strong signal, and I had to turn mine off so it wouldn't drive me crazy every few minutes with the "welcome to Vodafone" sound. As soon as it caught a signal, it lost it again within a minute, over and over. And to preempt you, my husband and I have a family plan, so we have the same provider!! Ringtone, speed, satisfactory. Photos are so-so. Video is terrible, and I didn't expect anything better. But this signal issue is unbearable. I've had it for a year, and I bought it for about 300 euros. I regret the money I spent
Θα ήμουν σχετικά ικανοποιημένη αν δεν είχε τρομερό πρόβλημα με τη σύνδεση. Αν βρεθείς σε κάποιο χωριό δεν πρόκειται να πιάσεις δεδομένα με τίποτα. Καλοκαίρι στα Ζαγοροχώρια και πριν από μία εβδομάδα στην Αγόριανη το Xiaomi του συζύγου των 80 ευρώ έπιανε καμπάνα και το δικό μου αναγκάστηκα να το κλείσω για να μην μου σπάει τα νεύρα κάθε τρεις και λίγο το ηχητικό με το "καλώς ήρθατε στη Vodafone". Με το που έπιανε σήμα το έχανε πάλι στο λεπτό και ξανά μανά. Και για να σας προλάβω με το σύζυγό έχουμε οικογενειακό πακέτο και άρα τον ίδιο πάροχο!!

Definitely a good budget phone, but if you want a camera, you shouldn't get it. It's fast and everything except for the battery life, which is not so satisfactory. However, for everyday use, it's very good, but if you use it a lot with mobile data and use it for more games like Roblox, you'll notice that the battery drains quickly and the phone always heats up, even sometimes with the screen off but in standby mode

Honest phone, I haven't encountered issues with the network card. It is not a flagship competitor in any way, but for its price, it is a good phone. The most significant negative is that its battery does not have the same power as the Redmi Note 9 Pro, for example, but it is reasonable when you consider all the extra features it has and the more powerful screen that requires a bit more power. In any case, it somewhat balances out with the very fast charging.
Τίμιο τηλέφωνο, δεν εχω αντιμετωπίσει τα θεματα με την καρτα δικτύου. Δεν ειναι ανταγωνιστής ναυαρχίδων σε καμία περίπτωση, αλλα για τα χρήματα του ειναι ενα καλο τηλέφωνο.
Το πιο εντονο αρνητικό ειναι οτι η μπαταρία του δεν εχει την ιδια δύναμη με του Redmi Note 9 Pro πχ αλλα ειναι λογικό αν σκεφτείς ολες τις εξτρα λειτουργίες που εχει και την πιο δυνατή οθόνη που χρειάζεται παραπάνο ρευμα. Πάντως σε καθε περίπτωση το ισορροπεί κάπως με την πολύ γρήγορη φόρτιση.
Second and last time I shop from this Chinese trash company. The first one (redmi) fell from a bench and the whole screen broke from a height of 30 cm. So, I bought it because it has a good camera for the money I paid, but overall, with the issues it has, it's garbage. Let's list them. The battery is bad, it drains very quickly. The signal gets lost, resulting in my calls being interrupted, people not being able to call me, and then I receive the calls as messages, and my data gets disconnected when I'm surfing. Also, with wifi, it has issues again, the ping keeps going up and it disconnects for a second, which is annoying when playing online games. I tried other devices and they worked fine, so it's an issue here. Generally, it has incredible connectivity issues and from what I read, there are faulty batches. Although the phone generally runs fast, at some point when I play games it starts lagging out of nowhere with fps drops. The software is bad.

H μπαταρία κακη,πεφτει πολυ γρηγορα.Το σήμα χάνεται με αποτέλεσμα να μου διακόπτει τις κλήσεις,να μην μπορούν να με καλέσουν και να μου έρχονται μετά σε μύνημα οι κλήσεις και να μου κάνει διακοπή στα δεδομένα όταν σερφάρω.Επισης στο wifi παλι εχει θεματα μου ανεβαζει συνεχεια ping και κανει αποσυνδεσεις του δευτερολεπτου πραγμα που ειναι σπαστικο οταν παιζεις ονλαιν games .Δοκιμασα και αλλες συσκευες κομπλε αρα και εκει θεμα.Γενικα με την συνδεσιμοτητα εχει απιστευτα θεματα και απο οτι διαβαζω παιζουν ελλατωματικες παρτιδες.Ενω γενικά τρέχει γρήγορα το τηλέφωνο σε κάποια φάση όταν παίζω παιχνίδια αρχίζει να κολλάει στα καλά καθούμενα fps drop.Tο λογισμικό είναι κακό.

The device being reviewed is the Redmi Note 12 Pro (6GB/12GB) Polar White. I bought the device two weeks ago despite being skeptical about some negative comments I read here. Starting with the price, I find it quite competitive for the category of the device. The battery life with reasonable use is one and a half days. The Bluetooth connection works without any problems (although after the Android 14 update, the app may need a data clear and restart). The connection to the 5G network and the audio quality are excellent. The RAM memory after the latest Android 14 upgrade expands to 2, 4, or 6GB depending on your preference. The use of the device outdoors in sunlight is very good. The processor speed is high, as is the screen resolution. In conclusion, the only thing that should concern you about purchasing it is the upcoming updates; the phone's version is from 2022, and the Xiaomi update seems to last until Android 14.
Η συσκευή που αφορά η αξιολόγηση είναι η redmi note 12 pro (6gb/12gb) polar white. Αγόρασα την συσκευή πριν 2 εβδομάδες παρόλο που ήμουν σκεπτικός για κάποια αρνητικά σχόλια που διάβασα εδώ. Ξεκινώντας από την τιμή , θεωρώ ότι είναι αρκετά ανταγωνιστική για την κατηγορία της συσκευής. Η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας με λογική χρήση είναι μιάμιση μέρα. Η σύνδεση του Bluetooth χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα (αν και μετά το update Android 14 μπορεί η εφαρμογή να χρειαστεί μια εκκαθάριση δεδομένων και επανεκκίνηση). Η σύνδεση στο δίκτυο 5g και η ακρόαση εξαιρετική.
Η μνήμη ram μετά την τελευταία αναβάθμιση android 14 επεκτείνεται 2,4,6gb ανάλογα με την προτίμηση σας.
Η χρήση της συσκευής σε εξωτερικό χώρο με ήλιο είναι πολύ καλή.
Η ταχύτητα του επεξεργαστή σε ψηλό επίπεδο όπως και η ανάλυση της οθόνης . Κλείνοντας,το μόνο που θα πρέπει να σας προβληματίσει για την αγορά του είναι οι επερχόμενες αναβαθμίσεις , η έκδοση του κινητού είναι το 2022 και η το update της Xiaomi φαίνεται να διαρκέσει μέχρι το android 14.
It freezes already and I haven't even had it for a while. After 3 Xiaomi phones, I can say that I won't buy again, not at all future proof and the previous ones (redmi note 4,7) froze over time.

2 main problems for which I regret the purchase.
First, the battery drains in 4 hours if you use it (I'm not talking about games, I mean phone calls, browsing, etc.) which for me, as my job involves a lot of phone use, makes the phone useless.
Second, it has no signal at all; the area where I live is generally problematic, but I've never had such a big issue, dropping calls while I'm talking to a client as if I entered the subway, or not getting any signal at all while other phones with the same carrier do.
Overall, I made a completely wrong purchase; the phone runs well and has a good camera, etc., but these 2 important functions are worthless.
2 βασικά προβλήματα για τα οποία μετάνιωσα την αγορά.
πρώτον η μπαταρία αδειάζει σε 4 ώρες αν του κάνεις χρήση (δε μιλάω για παιχνίδια, εννοώ τηλέφωνα σερφαρισμα κλπ) που για μένα που η δουλειά μου έχει πολύ τηλέφωνο το κινητό είναι για τα σκουπίδια.
δεύτερον δε πιάνει σήμα με τίποτα, η περιοχή που μένω είναι γενικά προβληματικη αλλά ποτέ δεν είχα τόσο μεγάλο πρόβλημα, να κλείνει στο έτσι ενώ μιλάω με πελάτη λες και μπήκα στο μετρό η να μην πιάνει καν τηλέφωνο ενώ άλλα κινητά με ίδια τηλεφωνική εταιρία πιάνουν.
γενικά έκανα τελείως λάθος αγορά, το κινητό τρέχει και έχει καλή κάμερα κλπ αλλά αυτές οι 2 σημαντικές λειτουργίες είναι για τα σκουπίδια.

2nd update: at some point it got fixed and since then it works just fine + it has fallen countless times and doesn't even have a scratch

Purchased in September 2023, within less than a month it started losing signal, calls were coming as messages, etc. I put the SIM card in my old phone and due to negligence, the phone went for service in January. They changed the charging board and there was no discussion about replacement. Again, due to negligence, I started using it in March where within a week it did the same thing again. I was slow to take it to service because I didn't want to go through the same process. I finally took it in July where they changed the charging board again, and sent it back to us in a package. Now I started using it immediately and in less than 1 week it ended up in service once again. Once again, they did not contact me, even though I requested it. The phone comes back repaired again. I hope I didn't throw 220€ in the trash and that it will be replaced

Έβαλα την κάρτα στο παλιό κινητό μου και από αμέλεια το τηλέφωνο πήγε στο service τον Ιανουάριο. Άλλαξαν πλακέτα φόρτισης και ούτε συζήτηση για αντικατάσταση. Ξανά από αμέλεια άρχισα να το χρησιμοποιώ τον Μάρτη όπου μέσα σε μια εβδομάδα έκανε ξανά τα ίδια. Άργησα να το πάω στο service γιατί δεν ήθελα να περάσω την ίδια διαδικασία. Το πήγα τελικά Ιούλιο όπου άλλαξαν ξανά πλακέτα φόρτισης, κ μας το έστειλαν πακέτο. Τώρα ξεκίνησα να το χρησιμοποιήσω αμέσως και σε λιγότερο από 1 εβδομάδα κατέληξε για άλλη μια φορά στο service. Για μια ακόμη φορά δεν επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου, παρότι το ζήτησα. Το κινητό έρχεται επισκευασμένο ξανά. Ελπίζω να μην πέταξα στα σκουπίδια 220€ και να γίνει αντικατάσταση

Objectively speaking, I will talk about my mobile phones for the past 7 years, they are Xiaomi. The only one I am not satisfied with is this particular mobile because it constantly loses data signal for no reason and then comes back after about 5 seconds. It freezes occasionally and then fixes itself after a while. Based on the characteristics of the mobile, it would be value for money, but based on your experience, I recommend not buying it, it's not worth it (previous mobiles were the Note 8 Pro and the 10 Pro, very good mobiles for their time)
αντικειμενικά θα μιλήσω τα κινητά μου τα τελευταία 7 χρόνια είναι xiaomi , το μόνο που δεν είμαι ικανοποιημένος είναι το συγκεκριμένο κινητό επειδή χάνει το σήμα των δεδομένων συνέχεια χωρίς λόγο και επανέρχεται μετά από 5 δευτερόλεπτα περίπου. Κολλάει που και που έτσι στα ξεκαρφωτα και φτιάχνει μετά από λίγο . Με βάση χαρακτηριστικών του κινητού θα ήταν value for money αλλά με βάση εμπειρίας σας προτείνω να μη το αγοράσετε δεν αξίζει ( προηγούμενα κινητά ήταν το note 8 pro και το 10 pro πολύ καλά κινητά για την εποχή τους )
I am very satisfied with the Redmi Note series from Xiaomi. It has been my choice of mobile phone for the last 4 years. I consider it the most value-for-money option.
Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένη από τη σειρά Redmi Note της Xiaomi. Αποτελεί την επιλογή κινητού μου τα τελευταία 4 χρόνια. Θεωρώ ότι είναι η πιο value-for-money επιλογή.
The worst. It constantly loses its signal and then freezes and can't find it again. You have to restart it and sometimes it doesn't work. The most wasted money I have ever spent.

It loses network. They don't hear me at all. I can't make calls. I don't have internet data. It shows missed calls later in a message

I have had it for about 2 years. It is a reliable phone. On the downside: after one year, something happened to the headphone jack, but I didn't bother because I got wireless headphones. Also, it often gets very hot. Additionally, in rural areas it struggles to get a signal; I was in the city of Serres and 50-70 times a day it would display the message "Welcome to Vodafone"
To έχω περίπου 2 χρόνια. Είναι αξιόπιστο κινητό. Στα μείον: στον ένα χρόνο κάτι έπαθε η υποδοχή για καρφί ακουστικών αλλά δεν ασχολήθηκα γιατί πήρα ακουστικά ασύρματα. Επίσης συχνά πυκνά ζεσταίνεται πολύ. Επίσης σε επαρχία δυσκολεύεται να πιάσει δίκτυο, ήμουνα στην πόλη των Σερρών και 50-70 φορές τη μέρα που έβγαζε το μήνυμα "Welcome to Vodafone"
I've had it here for 2 years and I'm entering the 3rd!!! This particular model is excellent!!! It hasn't given me any trouble at all!!! I would buy it again with my eyes closed!! It's like I bought it yesterday!!!

Very poor software support. The upgrade to the next operating system essentially does not offer many new features. Except for the main camera, the others are just for show. The screen is good but the brightness for Greece is average.
Πολύ κακή υποστήριξη λογισμικού. Η αναβάθμιση στο επόμενο λειτουργικό ουσιαστικά δεν προσφέρει πολλές νέες δυνατότητες. Με εξαίρεση την κύρια κάμερα οι άλλες είναι ντεκόρ. Η οθόνη είναι καλή αλλά η φωτεινότητα για Ελλάδα είναι μέτρια.

Θα το αξιολογήσω με πέντε αστέρια γιατί το έχω δύο χρόνια , έχει πέσει από τα χέρια μου άπειρες φορές και δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα!!!!! Φτου φτου φτου!!! Είναι τέλειο κινητό vfm!!!! Και η μπαταρία του επίσης τέλεια!!
