Denis Muni and Beppe Ronco created the recipe for Sterlino. They thought to age the Rosso Vermouth in bourbon barrels, achieving a smooth, spicy flavor in the wine. At Hotel Starlino Rose, they ensured a fresh natural taste with a complex blend of citrus fruits.

Pink grapefruit, lemon, and orange compose a bittersweet distillation. It is an excellent light aperitif.
