    I don't know what's happening but for the second time, a problematic oven from Whirlpool. As soon as we plugged it in, it makes a ticking sound every 20 seconds when it's not in use. Overall, it's a good oven although it's not like the other one we initially bought with steam cooking. There was a replacement due to the same problem that no one knew why it was happening. It's a shame. Maybe it happened to us 2 out of 2 times to have the same issue with the dripping tray, as I call it...

    The good things about it:
    - It bakes well and quickly reaches the desired temperature.
    - Nice programs.
    - Easy to clean.
    - Nice design and user-friendly.
    - Good support (although no solution was found).

    The bad things about it:
    - The issue with the noise when it's not in use, which is extremely annoying...
