Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste. It is suitable for coloring:

• buttercream
• marzipan
• fondant
• gum paste
• icing
• mixes
• cookie dough

Colors can also be mixed to create your own shade. Color 2 pieces of dough separately and then mix them together.

Instructions for use: Use a toothpick to take a small amount of color from the jar. For a deeper color, add more color. Knead well for even coloring, knead less for a marbled effect. Wash your hands with warm water and soap to remove the color from your hands.

Suitable for water-based preparations. Not suitable for coloring chocolate. Maximum usage dose: 0.11 g/100g.
