I got a size 44 insole and it is a liiiittle bigger, so you have to skillfully press it into the shoe so it doesn’t fold in a way that would be prohibitive for the position of the toes. Η εμπειρία συνολικά: μόλις τα βάζεις, νιώθεις αμέσως την ενίσχυση του πάτου στο μετατάρσιο λίγο σκληρή. Μετά από 2 λεπτά περπάτημα υποχωρεί η αίσθηση αρκετά, μετά από 5 λεπτά ίσα ίσα που την νιώθεις. Όταν αρχίζει το τρέξιμο εξαφανίζεται τελείως, ο πάτος γίνεται ένα σώμα με το πέλμα και η αίσθηση είναι ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ. Σε όλη την διάρκεια της άσκησης, προσπαθείς να εντοπίσεις αν κάπου ενοχλεί, αλλά δεν σε απογοητεύει ούτε στο ελάχιστο! Τελειώνεις την προπόνηση, τα πέλματα είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση, δεν πονάει τίποτα, πουθενά, τα δάχτυλα διατηρούν την ευλυγισία τους και νιώθεις τόσο καλά, όσο σχεδόν πριν ξεκινήσεις! Ο διαμοιρασμός της καταπόνησης γίνεται με τέτοιον αριστοτεχνικό τρόπο, που δεν πονάνε ούτε γόνατα, αχίλλειοι τένοντες, ισχία, γάμπες, μέση, αυχένας, τίποτε απολύτως! Δεν έχεις ούτε κράμπες μετά, ούτε κοκκάλωμα της περιοχής, και την άλλη μέρα είναι ξεκούραστα και πλήρως λειτουργικά τα δάχτυλα. ΥΠΕΡΟΧΑ.
Το επόμενο μεγάλο στοίχημα είναι η απόδοσή τους με sneakers και oxfords στο γραφείο...
