Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature. After the end of the alcoholic fermentations, the wine remained with its lees (surlies) for a period of 20 days, with regular stirring of the lees.

Tasting Notes: White-yellow color with green highlights. On the nose, a distinct herbal and floral character with aromas of sage, jasmine, and chamomile against a backdrop of citrus fruits. In the mouth, full with aromas of lemon and grapefruit.

Serving Recommendations: Serve at 8-10℃. Ideal for salads with citrus-based dressings, pasta with white sauces, white meats, and seafood. Pairs well with savory pies and Asian cuisine.
