The Gewa Allegro VL1 violin is acoustic, with a solid European spruce top and solid European maple back and sides. It has an ebony fingerboard, pegs, nut and chin rest, an Aubert bridge, and a Wittner tailpiece with fine tuners. The natural brown-amber varnish is applied by hand.

The set includes a Gewa triangular case, a Gewa Carbon bow, Larsen Aurora strings and Gewa rosin. The violin is designed in Germany and set up in Gewa’s workshops.
