Specifically, I believe they won't fit as well on chunkier babies, and in that case, the Babylino diapers might be more suitable, which didn't work for us. My baby is 6.5 months old, weighs about 70 pounds, and the diapers fit him so far, but the adhesive tabs that close the diaper don't have the same elasticity as Pampers, for example, and they don't reach to close in the front, so they have to stay more open.
