Unlike most conventional burner heads that distribute the flame in one or two circles around their perimeter, the flame of this particular burner covers the entire surface from its center to its edge. The quality of the flame is very strong, but gas consumption is also slightly higher. It heats up whatever you want to heat very quickly. It meets our needs, but we do not know whether we would again pay 4 times more money than if we bought a conventional burner head in case this one ever breaks down.
