The Allen & Heath SQ Madi is an expansion card that provides MADI connectivity to SQ mixers. The MADI protocol allows the transmission of multiple audio channels through a single cable.

The SQ Madi card features:

  • 64 x 64 interface, transmitting and receiving up to 64 audio channels simultaneously at 48kHz or 96kHz.
  • 2 BNC inputs and 2 BNC outputs.
  • Dual BNC Wordclock connection.

It allows connection and synchronization with broadcast or recording systems, OB vans, and third-party consoles for high channel count feeds via coaxial cables.
