The stove meets the criteria of Ecodesign and the restrictive BImSchV 2 standard, which sets the maximum CO emission levels.

Maximum Energy Utilization

The interior of the stove is lined with TERMOTEC, which perfectly complements the stove, giving it a modern look. Complete combustion to ashes thanks to two deflectors that extend the exhaust gas path. This process increases combustion efficiency and guarantees better energy utilization. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere. Additionally, a baffle is installed that works similarly to the deflector at the exhaust outlet, further enhancing the device's performance.

Primary air is supplied to the insert through the integrated 100 mm external inlet. The air inlet is located at the bottom of the insert. The insert has a cap on the back wall and a hole at its base. Thanks to this, the user can choose how to connect the external air system. Air adjustment is done with a regulator under the door. This solution prevents incorrect use. The entire mechanism operates quietly and without failures.

The insert features a triple air system for the combustion chamber. Primary air, which allows ignition, is supplied under the grate. Secondary air is supplied through holes in the back wall.

Additionally, this insert is equipped with the Clean Glass System (air curtain), so that air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fire. In this way, oxygen is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber, where the post-combustion of gases produced during wood burning occurs. At the same time, it reduces harmful CO emissions into the atmosphere.

High-Level Safety

The FALCON is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic glass that withstands temperatures up to 660°C. We offer glass of certified quality and safety. The body and front of the stove are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel. They also ensure the stability of the overall structure. Excellent tightness thanks to solid welding performed in a protective gas environment. The steel elements are laser-cut using modern equipment and then bent on a CNC bender.

Comfortable Use

The specially profiled bottom plate of acumotte is used in this insert. Thanks to this, the stove chamber is larger and can accommodate a larger amount of wood. Additionally, a shallow combustion chamber was used, resulting in low thermal power demand.

The movable grate and ash drawer allow for easy maintenance of the insert. The glass surface of the insert remains clean thanks to the clean glass system. The air curtain separates the glass from the chamber.

So, it does not get dirty.

The FALCON has the capability to position the exhaust outlet both from the top and the back of the unit, making installation easier. Below the fire, there is an additional closed chamber where the external air intake system is hidden. The remaining space can be used, for example, to store a certain amount of wood. The door opening is based on a click-clack system that does not require an additional handle. This makes the entire unit a cohesive body.
