I bought it in July 2023 for 255€. I didn't believe that at this price it would be something good. I have a 9m2 room and it does its job, and if I open the door, it cools down the hallway as well. The technician said that this brand is made in the Mitsubishi factory, so it's good.

Completely failed purchase. I bought a 24,000 BTU and two 12,000 BTU units mainly because of the price, as I had to move quickly into a newly built house due to lack of other heating options.
1st: In heating mode, it never reaches the desired temperature (21 degrees!) even on turbo in a 30 square meter living room with an outside temperature of 11 degrees.
2nd: It is extremely energy-consuming despite claiming to be an inverter. In winter, I almost had to sell a kidney to pay the electricity bill.
3rd: 1 out of the 3 remotes stopped working, and now I operate 2 AC units with one remote.
4th and most important: annoying noise! A lot of NOISE!
And during operation at medium/high fan speed, being in the same room with it is unbearable. The worst of all? After turning off the heating, deafening noises due to expansion/contraction (crack-crook) that last all night! To the point where I would jump out of my sleep thinking someone was breaking in! Unless it's a matter of life and death to get a cheap AC, avoid it; I got burned with the worst Chinese product I have EVER bought.
Εντελως αποτυχημενη αγορα. Αγορασα ενα 24αρι και 2 12αρια λογω τιμης κυριως γιατι επρεπε να μπω γρηγορα σε νεοδμητο σπιτι λογω ελλειψης αλλου ειδους θερμανσης.
1ον: Στη θερμανση δεν φτανει ποτε την επιθυμητη(21 βαθμοι!) ακομα και στο turbo σε σαλονι 30 τετραγωνικων με εξωτερικη θερμοκρασια 11 βαθμους
2ον: Ειναι εξαιρετικα ενεργοβορο παρολο που δηλωνει inverter. Το χειμωνα κοντεψα να δωσω νεφρο για να πληρωσω τη ΔΕΗ
3ον: 1 απο τα 3 χειριστηρια επαψε να λειτουργει, και τωρα δουλευω 2 AC με ενα.
4ον και πιο σημαντικο: εκνευριστικος θορυβος! Πολυς ΘΟΡΥΒΟΣ!
Και κατα τη λειτουργια σε μεσαια/μεγαλη σκαλα ανεμιστηρα κανει τη συνυρπαξη μαζι του ανυποφορη. Το χειροτερο όλων; Μετα το κλεισιμο απο τη θερμανση εκκωφαντικοι θορυβοι λογω συστοδιαστολης κρακ-κρουκ που διαρκουν ολο το βραδυ! Σε σημειο που πεταγομουν απο τον υπνο μου νομιζοντας οτι μου κανουν διαρηξη! Αν δεν ειναι ζητημα ζωης και θανατου να παρετε AC οικονομικο αποφυγετε το, εγω την πατησα με τη χειροτερη κινεζια που αγορασα EVER.
2 out of 2 broke at 12,000. E36 error. One lasted a year and a half, the other one I managed to get replaced under warranty within the year, but for the other they can't find a board anywhere, so it's going to be thrown away. Tragic.

Έχω πάρει 2 (24αρι και 12αρι) πριν καιρο και λειτουργούν άψογα είτε για θέρμανση, είτε για ψύξη. Πολύ καλή τιμή για το τι προσφέρουν. Ο άνθρωπος που έκανε την τοποθέτηση, λόγω του ότι κρατάμε επικοινωνία και έχει δει πως δουλεύουν ξεκίνησε να τα προτείνει, μιας και έβαλε και ο ίδιος στο σπίτι του, έχοντας περάσει τα 2 αυτά σε εμένα.
Because we bought it and the heat indicator did not appear on the remote control, there is a way to make it appear. You remove the batteries and leave them out for 15-20 minutes, then put them back in and it appears. The store told us this and it worked; we couldn't figure it out before, it only showed cold.
Επειδή το αγοράσαμε και δεν εμφανιζόταν η ένδειξη για θερμότητα στο τηλεχειριστήριο, υπάρχει τρόπος να εμφανιστεί. Βγάζεις τις μπαταρίες και τις αφήνεις έξω 15-20 λεπτά, τις ξανατοποθετείς και εμφανίζεται. Μας το είπαν από το μαγαζί και έπιασε, δεν το βρίσκαμε με τίποτα πριν, έδειχνε μόνο κρύο.

A beast in the cold, a beast in the heat, in an open space of 70 sq.m. the 24,000btu even heats up the hallway and the bedroom that's directly in line with it..
A year now with full use winter and summer and it doesn't flinch at all..
I had one issue with the remote control from winter to summer, it wouldn't show the heat symbol at all but it just needed me to take out and put back the batteries to reset it, as I was immediately informed by the store where I bought it..
I don't think it's worth giving 1000€ for branded ones because honestly it's 100% equivalent to 24,000btu Hitachi and Fujitsu models I've seen at relatives' houses..
If anything changes, I'll come back

σκυλί στο κρύο σκυλί και στη ζέστη σε χώρο ενιαίο 70τ.μ. το 24.000btu μου ζεσταίνει μέχρι και το χωλακι και το υπνοδωμάτιο που είναι ακριβώς στην ευθεία του..
Ένα χρόνο τώρα με φουλ χρήση χειμώνα καλοκαίρι και δεν μασάει τίποτα..
ένα θέμα με το τηλεκοντρόλ είχα από το χειμώνα στο καλοκαίρι δεν μου έβγαζε το σύμβολο της ζέστης καθόλου αλλά απλά ήθελε να βγάλω και να βάλω πάλι τις μπαταρίες για να κάνει reset όπως με ενημέρωσαν αμέσως από το κατάστημα που το πήρα..
Δεν αξίζει καν να δώσετε 1000€ για επώνυμα πιστεύω γιατί πραγματικά είναι ισοδύναμο 100% με 24αρια hitachi και fujitsu που έχω δει σε συγγενείς..
Αν αλλάξει κάτι θα επανέλθω
10/10. It turns 72 square meters into a fridge and you don't even notice it on the electricity bill even after several hours of use. I haven't used it for heating because I have radiators.

The equivalent Tesla and Juro-Pro models sold in stores like Kotsovolos are nowhere near as good as the Sang. And in terms of power consumption, it's also very good.

I trusted a Chinese product that for a year now (winter-summer) has proven to be excellent. In fact, I bought 2 identical ones and I haven't faced any issues. If they had wifi, I would give 5 stars. But for €300 each, I am more than satisfied.

In a 3x4m room where 3 out of the 4 sides are aluminum, with 40 degrees outside, it is perfect. I have not needed to run it below 26 degrees.

Very powerful, for a 65sqm space it cools pleasantly and creates a nice atmosphere while neither the indoor nor the outdoor unit is noisy. The four stars were given with the reservation to see its performance in heat. I hope it lasts over time and proves to be economical as well.

Much cheaper than others in the 18000 BTU category and I was skeptical, but in the end it really is that powerful. In terms of cooling capacity it is satisfactory (open plan living room/kitchen about 55sqm, it does a fine job compared to my previous 20-year-old 10000 BTU unit which could not cool the space at all).
The only issues are that in 90% of cases it overshoots the temperature (e.g. I set it to 27 but it brings the temperature down to around 25.5-26).
There is no creaking, and the remote control is somewhat poor in quality and a bit inconvenient to use.
Also, although the remote shows it has a horizontal swing function, the fins are static and only change by hand (and even that is quite difficult, the mechanism is a bit strange). The vertical swing works fine.
Finally, it has an eco function but it doesn't seem to do anything.
Πολυ πιο φθηνο απο αλλα στην κατηγορια των 18000 btu και ημουν σκεπτικος, αλλα εν τελει είναι οντως τοσα. Απο αποψη ψυκτικης ισχυς ειναι ικανοποιητικο (ενιαια σαλονι/κουζινα γυρω στα 55τμ κανει μια χαρα δουλεια σε σχεση με το προηγουμενο στα 10000 BTU 20ετιας που ειχα που δεν μπορουσε με τιποτα να ψυξει τον χωρο).
Τα μονα θεματα ειναι οτι στο 90% των περιπτωσεων κανει overshoot την θερμοκρασια (π.χ το βαζω στους 27 αλλα πηγαινει την θερμοκρασια γυρω στους 25.5-26).
Δεν εχει καποιο τριξιμο, και το χειριστηριο ειναι καπως κακο ποιοτικα και λιγο δυσχρηστο.
Επισης, ενω στο χειρηστηριο φαινεται οτι εχει οριζοντια swing λειτουργια, τα φτερα ειναι στατικα και αλλαζουν μονο με το χερι (και αυτο αρκετα δυσκολα, ειναι λιγο περιεργος ο μηχανισμος). Το οριζοντιο swing δουλευει κανονικα.
Τελος εχει και μια λειτουργια eco αλλα δεν φαινεται να κανει κατι.

So, the best thing ever. Ok, maybe you won't get help easily if you want something under warranty. But for this price and such performance, you won't find anything else. I don't get a commission from the company (unfortunately) but honestly, I took the risk and bought it about a year ago and I haven't regretted it for a moment. Now I got a second one for the bedroom. It doesn't consume much and has amazing performance both in winter and summer. Especially in the summer, I set it to 27 and I get cold, I use the eco mode to make it more bearable and save some money. I highly recommend it
Λοιπόν ο,τι καλύτερο. Οκ ίσως δεν βρίσκεις άκρη εύκολα αν θες κάτι εντός εγγύησης. Αλλά σε αυτά τα λεφτά και με τέτοια απόδοση δεν πρόκειται να βρείτε τίποτα άλλο. Δεν παίρνω προμήθεια από την εταιρεία (δυστυχώς) αλλά πραγματικά εγώ το τόλμησα και το αγόρασα πριν 1 χρόνο περίπου και δεν το έχω μετανιώσει ούτε μια στιγμή. Τώρα πήρα και 2ο για το υπνοδωμάτιο. Δεν καίει πολύ και έχει τρομερή απόδοση και χειμώνα και καλοκαίρι. Ειδικά το καλοκαίρι το έχω στους 27 και κρυώνω, βάζω την λειτουργία eco για να είναι πιο ανεκτό και γλυτώνω και κάνα φράγκο. I got 3 nines, I've had them for a year, very quiet with very good performance, economical on electricity, the cheapest ones available, they just come from abroad, Bulgaria as I recall, and they don't have a factory warranty, maybe only the shop you bought them from can give you one, and that's a maybe!!!! Initial price was 235 as I remember, I got them only and honestly they are amazing and good in every way. Before I bought them I did a month of research on many brands, these won me over!!!

Αρχική τιμή 235 θυμάμαι τα πήρα μόνο και πραγματικά είναι απίστευτα κλ σε όλα τους πριν τα πάρω έκανα ένα μήνα έρευνα σε πολλές μάρκες αυτά με κέρδισαν!!!

I bought it in July 2023 for 255€. I didn't believe that at this price it would be something good. I have a 9m2 room and it does its job, and if I open the door, it cools down the hallway as well. The technician said that this brand is made in the Mitsubishi factory, so it's good.

Completely failed purchase. I bought a 24,000 BTU and two 12,000 BTU units mainly because of the price, as I had to move quickly into a newly built house due to lack of other heating options.
1st: In heating mode, it never reaches the desired temperature (21 degrees!) even on turbo in a 30 square meter living room with an outside temperature of 11 degrees.
2nd: It is extremely energy-consuming despite claiming to be an inverter. In winter, I almost had to sell a kidney to pay the electricity bill.
3rd: 1 out of the 3 remotes stopped working, and now I operate 2 AC units with one remote.
4th and most important: annoying noise! A lot of NOISE!
And during operation at medium/high fan speed, being in the same room with it is unbearable. The worst of all? After turning off the heating, deafening noises due to expansion/contraction (crack-crook) that last all night! To the point where I would jump out of my sleep thinking someone was breaking in! Unless it's a matter of life and death to get a cheap AC, avoid it; I got burned with the worst Chinese product I have EVER bought.
Εντελως αποτυχημενη αγορα. Αγορασα ενα 24αρι και 2 12αρια λογω τιμης κυριως γιατι επρεπε να μπω γρηγορα σε νεοδμητο σπιτι λογω ελλειψης αλλου ειδους θερμανσης.
1ον: Στη θερμανση δεν φτανει ποτε την επιθυμητη(21 βαθμοι!) ακομα και στο turbo σε σαλονι 30 τετραγωνικων με εξωτερικη θερμοκρασια 11 βαθμους
2ον: Ειναι εξαιρετικα ενεργοβορο παρολο που δηλωνει inverter. Το χειμωνα κοντεψα να δωσω νεφρο για να πληρωσω τη ΔΕΗ
3ον: 1 απο τα 3 χειριστηρια επαψε να λειτουργει, και τωρα δουλευω 2 AC με ενα.
4ον και πιο σημαντικο: εκνευριστικος θορυβος! Πολυς ΘΟΡΥΒΟΣ!
Και κατα τη λειτουργια σε μεσαια/μεγαλη σκαλα ανεμιστηρα κανει τη συνυρπαξη μαζι του ανυποφορη. Το χειροτερο όλων; Μετα το κλεισιμο απο τη θερμανση εκκωφαντικοι θορυβοι λογω συστοδιαστολης κρακ-κρουκ που διαρκουν ολο το βραδυ! Σε σημειο που πεταγομουν απο τον υπνο μου νομιζοντας οτι μου κανουν διαρηξη! Αν δεν ειναι ζητημα ζωης και θανατου να παρετε AC οικονομικο αποφυγετε το, εγω την πατησα με τη χειροτερη κινεζια που αγορασα EVER.
2 out of 2 broke at 12,000. E36 error. One lasted a year and a half, the other one I managed to get replaced under warranty within the year, but for the other they can't find a board anywhere, so it's going to be thrown away. Tragic.

I bought 2 (a 24,000 BTU and a 12,000 BTU) some time ago and they work perfectly, whether for heating or cooling. Very good price for what they offer. Έχω πάρει 2 (24αρι και 12αρι) πριν καιρο και λειτουργούν άψογα είτε για θέρμανση, είτε για ψύξη. Πολύ καλή τιμή για το τι προσφέρουν. Ο άνθρωπος που έκανε την τοποθέτηση, λόγω του ότι κρατάμε επικοινωνία και έχει δει πως δουλεύουν ξεκίνησε να τα προτείνει, μιας και έβαλε και ο ίδιος στο σπίτι του, έχοντας περάσει τα 2 αυτά σε εμένα.
Because we bought it and the heat indicator did not appear on the remote control, there is a way to make it appear. You remove the batteries and leave them out for 15-20 minutes, then put them back in and it appears. The store told us this and it worked; we couldn't figure it out before, it only showed cold.
Επειδή το αγοράσαμε και δεν εμφανιζόταν η ένδειξη για θερμότητα στο τηλεχειριστήριο, υπάρχει τρόπος να εμφανιστεί. Βγάζεις τις μπαταρίες και τις αφήνεις έξω 15-20 λεπτά, τις ξανατοποθετείς και εμφανίζεται. Μας το είπαν από το μαγαζί και έπιασε, δεν το βρίσκαμε με τίποτα πριν, έδειχνε μόνο κρύο.
So far so good, I use it for heating and it does a very good job. Now, I don't know what will happen with the electricity bill because it runs nonstop, and the reason is that I got it as an energy-efficient device. Now we'll see

Okay, I think it's the best value for money air conditioner..
A beast in the cold, a beast in the heat, in an open space of 70 sq.m. the 24,000btu even heats up the hallway and the bedroom that's directly in line with it..
A year now with full use winter and summer and it doesn't flinch at all..
I had one issue with the remote control from winter to summer, it wouldn't show the heat symbol at all but it just needed me to take out and put back the batteries to reset it, as I was immediately informed by the store where I bought it..
I don't think it's worth giving 1000€ for branded ones because honestly it's 100% equivalent to 24,000btu Hitachi and Fujitsu models I've seen at relatives' houses..
If anything changes, I'll come back

σκυλί στο κρύο σκυλί και στη ζέστη σε χώρο ενιαίο 70τ.μ. το 24.000btu μου ζεσταίνει μέχρι και το χωλακι και το υπνοδωμάτιο που είναι ακριβώς στην ευθεία του..
Ένα χρόνο τώρα με φουλ χρήση χειμώνα καλοκαίρι και δεν μασάει τίποτα..
ένα θέμα με το τηλεκοντρόλ είχα από το χειμώνα στο καλοκαίρι δεν μου έβγαζε το σύμβολο της ζέστης καθόλου αλλά απλά ήθελε να βγάλω και να βάλω πάλι τις μπαταρίες για να κάνει reset όπως με ενημέρωσαν αμέσως από το κατάστημα που το πήρα..
Δεν αξίζει καν να δώσετε 1000€ για επώνυμα πιστεύω γιατί πραγματικά είναι ισοδύναμο 100% με 24αρια hitachi και fujitsu που έχω δει σε συγγενείς..
Αν αλλάξει κάτι θα επανέλθω
10/10. It turns 72 square meters into a fridge and you don't even notice it on the electricity bill even after several hours of use. I haven't used it for heating because I have radiators.

The equivalent Tesla and Juro-Pro models sold in stores like Kotsovolos are nowhere near as good as the Sang. And in terms of power consumption, it's also very good.

Placed in a 50 square meter living room, now in the summer it cools it just fine. It makes a bit of noise, meaning you can hear it a little, but it's not annoying. Along with the TV, the sound disappears. When it's on turbo, when it's on low, on one or two, you can't hear it at all

I trusted a Chinese product that for a year now (winter-summer) has proven to be excellent. In fact, I bought 2 identical ones and I haven't faced any issues. If they had wifi, I would give 5 stars. But for €300 each, I am more than satisfied.
Εμπιστεύτηκα μια κινεζιά που 1 χρόνο τώρα (χειμώνα-καλοκαίρι) έχει βγει παλικάρι. Για την ακρίβεια πήρα 2 όμοια και δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει κανένα θέμα. Αν είχαν και wifi θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια. Αλλά με 300€ το ένα είμαι παραπάνω από ικανοποιημένος.
In a 3x4m room where 3 out of the 4 sides are aluminum, with 40 degrees outside, it is perfect. I have not needed to run it below 26 degrees.

Very powerful, for a 65sqm space it cools pleasantly and creates a nice atmosphere while neither the indoor nor the outdoor unit is noisy. The four stars were given with the reservation to see its performance in heat. I hope it lasts over time and proves to be economical as well.

Much cheaper than others in the 18000 BTU category and I was skeptical, but in the end it really is that powerful. In terms of cooling capacity it is satisfactory (open plan living room/kitchen about 55sqm, it does a fine job compared to my previous 20-year-old 10000 BTU unit which could not cool the space at all).
The only issues are that in 90% of cases it overshoots the temperature (e.g. I set it to 27 but it brings the temperature down to around 25.5-26).
There is no creaking, and the remote control is somewhat poor in quality and a bit inconvenient to use.
Also, although the remote shows it has a horizontal swing function, the fins are static and only change by hand (and even that is quite difficult, the mechanism is a bit strange). The vertical swing works fine.
Finally, it has an eco function but it doesn't seem to do anything.
Πολυ πιο φθηνο απο αλλα στην κατηγορια των 18000 btu και ημουν σκεπτικος, αλλα εν τελει είναι οντως τοσα. Απο αποψη ψυκτικης ισχυς ειναι ικανοποιητικο (ενιαια σαλονι/κουζινα γυρω στα 55τμ κανει μια χαρα δουλεια σε σχεση με το προηγουμενο στα 10000 BTU 20ετιας που ειχα που δεν μπορουσε με τιποτα να ψυξει τον χωρο).
Τα μονα θεματα ειναι οτι στο 90% των περιπτωσεων κανει overshoot την θερμοκρασια (π.χ το βαζω στους 27 αλλα πηγαινει την θερμοκρασια γυρω στους 25.5-26).
Δεν εχει καποιο τριξιμο, και το χειριστηριο ειναι καπως κακο ποιοτικα και λιγο δυσχρηστο.
Επισης, ενω στο χειρηστηριο φαινεται οτι εχει οριζοντια swing λειτουργια, τα φτερα ειναι στατικα και αλλαζουν μονο με το χερι (και αυτο αρκετα δυσκολα, ειναι λιγο περιεργος ο μηχανισμος). Το οριζοντιο swing δουλευει κανονικα.
Τελος εχει και μια λειτουργια eco αλλα δεν φαινεται να κανει κατι.

So, the best thing ever. Ok, maybe you won't get help easily if you want something under warranty. But for this price and such performance, you won't find anything else. I don't get a commission from the company (unfortunately) but honestly, I took the risk and bought it about a year ago and I haven't regretted it for a moment. Now I got a second one for the bedroom. It doesn't consume much and has amazing performance both in winter and summer. Especially in the summer, I set it to 27 and I get cold, I use the eco mode to make it more bearable and save some money. I highly recommend it
Λοιπόν ο,τι καλύτερο. Οκ ίσως δεν βρίσκεις άκρη εύκολα αν θες κάτι εντός εγγύησης. Αλλά σε αυτά τα λεφτά και με τέτοια απόδοση δεν πρόκειται να βρείτε τίποτα άλλο. Δεν παίρνω προμήθεια από την εταιρεία (δυστυχώς) αλλά πραγματικά εγώ το τόλμησα και το αγόρασα πριν 1 χρόνο περίπου και δεν το έχω μετανιώσει ούτε μια στιγμή. Τώρα πήρα και 2ο για το υπνοδωμάτιο. Δεν καίει πολύ και έχει τρομερή απόδοση και χειμώνα και καλοκαίρι. Ειδικά το καλοκαίρι το έχω στους 27 και κρυώνω, βάζω την λειτουργία eco για να είναι πιο ανεκτό και γλυτώνω και κάνα φράγκο. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα

I got 3 nines, I've had them for a year, very quiet with very good performance, economical on electricity, the cheapest ones available, they just come from abroad, Bulgaria as I recall, and they don't have a factory warranty, maybe only the shop you bought them from can give you one, and that's a maybe!!!! Initial price was 235 as I remember, I got them only and honestly they are amazing and good in every way. Before I bought them I did a month of research on many brands, these won me over!!!
Πήρα 3 εννιαρακια τα έχω ένα χρόνο πολύ αθόρυβα με πολύ καλή απόδοση, οικονομικά στο ρεύμα τα ποιο φθηνά που υπάρχουν απλά έρχονται από έξω Βουλγαρία από ότι θυμάμαι κ δν έχουν εγγύηση από το εργοστάσιο μπορεί να σας δώσει μόνο το μαγαζί που τα πήρατε και αν!!!! For its price, it's very good! It has been installed in a tutoring center and covers the room satisfactorily both in winter and summer. I will buy another one with my eyes closed
